A real playlist, now that the book's almost complete. Not just songs I played in the background to help me write the book.
Songs that captured the love shared between Cat Noir and Makwa.
How hard he fell for her. Literally.
How she grappled with her responsibility and growing feelings for him.
How he stayed by her side when everyone, including her, believed she was a monster.
How she protected him and fought for his life, even if it meant sacrificing her own.
How terrified he was when he saw her get stabbed, believing she was about to die.
How guilty she felt for leaving him multiple times without so much as a goodbye.
How they became wanted criminals but still danced like they were made of starlight.
How no matter how bloody or bruised they were, it didn't matter because they still had each other.
