Berry Crumble

Ingredients:

-2 Cups Fresh Or Frozen Mixed Berries (Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries)

-4 Tablespoons Puffed Rice

-4 Tablespoons Strawberry Flavored Frozen Yogurt

-2 Tablespoons Gluten Free Plain Flour

-2 Tablespoons Brown Rice Flour

-2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

-30g Butter

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease an oven-proof dish.

2. Make crumble topping. Blend or process puffed rice until fine. Add flours, sugar, and butter; process until crumbly.

3. Put berries in dish; sprinkle with crumble topping. Bake for about 30 minutes or until browned lightly.

4. Serve crumbles warm with frozen yogurt.
