Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake, Prepared
Chocolate Frosting
Cake Pop Sticks
2 Boxes Premium White Chocolate
Sprinkles
Directions:
1. Add prepared cake to a large bowl
2. Crumble cake until it resembles fine crumbs
3. Add in chcolate frosting a little bit at a time until cake is most and can hold a ball shape, yet still slightly crumbly.
4. Use your hands to incorperate the frosting into the cake crumbs.
5. Use a mini ice cream scooper and scoop out two cake balls of cake mixture.
6. Roll mixture into tight ball and place ona plate.
7. Repeat until gone.
8. Melt 2-4 ounces of white chocolate in microwave.
9. Dip the tip of the cake pop sticks into the white chocolate and insert into cake balls about half-way.
10. Freeze for about 20 minutes.
11. Prepare decorating supplies while cakepops cool?
12. Melt remaining chocolate in a large cup. Make sure it's enough chocolate to completely submerge the cakepop.
13. Remove cakepops carefully from freezer.
14. Dip cakepops carefully into chocolate until covered.
15. Let excess chocolate drop off. Swirl and tap gently if needed.
16. Add sprinkles while chocolate is wet. Chocolate will harden quickly.
17. Stick decorated cakepops into a styrofoam block to finish setting.
18. Put into freezer to speed up setting time.
19. Store in a single layer air tight container.
