'Prophet!' said I, 'thing of evil! Prophet still, if bird or devil!'
I can't believe myself! She's so upset with me. I wish only for my prize to grace my ears with her beautiful name. She must think me the foulest of creatures! Smash'Whether tempter sent, or whether tempest tossed thee here ashore'
God sent me this gorgeous woman, but she's making me feel as though it was the devil himself that sent her to me. Her temper is appalling! She's made me break the frame for Lenore's last picture as well. Sigh'Desolate yet all undaunted, on this desert land enchanted, on this home by horror haunted'

No sense worrying myself so. Especially before bed. My scratches are cleaned, I have a plan for the morning, and the lights are off. I believe I've earned a spot of rest. Yawn
