"Are you feeling okay this morning Keane?" Angelo asked,
"At the moment yes thanks"
"Do you need to check your insulin levels?" Talina asked,
"I'm okay, I checked earlier on, after this I'm going to have to though" I hated lying and I also hated how it came as second nature to me as well.
Breakfast was nice and relaxing, good chat and there seemed to be a lot of happy faces, so that was something. We even persuaded Anthony to eat with us! We told Talina about us heading out to see what this gated neighbour was like and she was completely fine with it, as long as we didn't leave the secure area,
"We won't leave" I promised,
"Okay, well I'm going to be here anyway, working on my latest book, so if anything happens, you know where I am" Talina said,
"We'll be fine" I told her,
"Just be aware of a man called Rex at the petrol station shop, if you go there. He hangs around and is quite the womaniser"
"Thanks for the heads up" Noah said,
"No worries my darlings" she smiled at us all and we left the table to head in and get changed.

"How are you feeling?" Tayte asked, we'd just left the house and were walking down the road,
"I'm fine. I don't need anything"
"We know you don't need it, but do you want it?"
"No" I said through clenched teeth, "Stop it Tayte" I pushed on and caught up with Arii, "Okay sis?"
"This neighbourhood is super minted" I laughed,
"Like suburban London"
"Yeah, some of those houses are massive" I smiled "I'm fine by the way, loving the hot weather" Tayte then caught up with us and slung an arm around Arii,
"This is nice isn't it" He said, "All of us together in the sun, walking around a rich foreign place" Arii laughed, "Isn't that right Keane?"
"Whatever" Arii looked from him to me and then from me to him,
"You're not fighting are you, because I don't like it when you fight and I can also tell you that if you are, then I am done, you can put me on a flight to England and I will go and stay with Jen, because I for one need both of you to be the bloody brothers I know you are"
"We're not fighting" Tayte said,
"Keane is that so?"
"Yes" I replied,
"If you're trying to sound convincing it isn't working"
"We're cool," before Arii could say anything however, a voice said,
"Hey, where you all from?" We turned around to see a young woman leaning against a black Porsche,
"How'd you know we're not from here?" I said,
"Your way to cute to be, I'm guessing your American with that accent"
"Yeah, we're American" I lied. (Not that we even had an American accent or not that I knew of anyway!)
"I knew it. You guys are so hot" she smiled "And you're really pretty" she said to Arii, "Where abouts in America are you from? I've always wanted to go"
"California" Tayte said,
"Oh I really want to go there, do any of you want to marry me and take me back with you?"
"Well, that was forward wasn't it" Noah said, she chuckled,
"I'm Chanel"
"Nice to meet you, I'm Joey, these are my younger brothers Hartley" I said pointing to Noah "And Luka" Pointing to Tayte "My older brother Chace" pointing to Angelo "And my baby sister Keevy" pointing to Arii,
"Do you all want to hang with me later, or after you've done whatever it is you're doing?. Just for a couple of hours, I'm home alone this week. Come for lunch, I'll get my cook to prepare something nice"
"What do you think?" Arii said,
"We aren't doing anything" I said,
"We'll be there" her eyes lit up,
"Oh that's amazing, you won't regret it, I'm a good host and I want to hear lots of stories about America. I'll be waiting for you, just come up the drive; I'll probably be outside"
"We'll see you a bit later on then" I said she beamed,
"Thanks Joey, looking forward to it" once she disappeared everybody turned to me,
"Using our middle names was a good choice" Noah said, "She could be some spy or something"
"I just thought, strange person acting really friendly, we've got to be careful"
"We all have really cool middle names" Arii said, we all laughed, "What we do! Joey, Hartley, Luka, Chace and Keevy, awesome names" Tayte looked at me,
"Love you Joey"
"Love you too Luka"
