Again, a wave of bitterness washed over her, lingering unpleasantly on her tongue as she stood helplessly by. Just watching a loved one of hers be thrown around and get hurt.

"Alright, I just thought of the perfect technique for you."

Rando lowered his body down a little. Suddenly, the world around him plunged into darkness. From his body, a vibrant red aura began to seep out of him then his eyes blazed white. With a deep breath, Rando's mouth opened, then breathed out some shiny, thin, and long treads.

They burst out into freedom and confined Yusuke's surroundings.

"Well, how pretty." He soon ate those words when those thin threads began to enclose him, get entangled with his limbs.

"What the-HEY! GET OFF ME!!!"

Yusuke attempted to wave them away, but his movements only made him more stuck, as though he were trapped in a gigantic spider web.

"What is it?" Botan flinched.

"That is Life-Force-Thread," Genkai said. "An archaic form of materialized spirit energy, no doubt taken from a very ancient psychic."

Once finished, Rando grabbed hold of the webs from his mouth. With one harsh pull, Yusuke's arms and upper body were tightly cocooned around him.

"Damn it, not agai-!" His words cut off when the treads squeezed the living day out of him.

Rando chuckled.

"Needless to say, I could crush you in an instant, but I'd rather test my techniques. It's been such a long time." Rando pulled the threads. "This thread is connected to my own energy, and no human effort can sever it."

"Yeah, I noticed," Yusuke grunted as he attempted to part his arms off of his sides but to no avail. "It seems kinda boring that way."

"Yes, I shall have to add more excitement." Rando yanked the thread toward himself fast and swung Yusuke upwards like a kite.

"How's this?!?" He asked as he threw and slammed Yusuke around.

"IS THIS BETTER?!?"

~CRASH~

Yusuke could feel his backbones breaking before he was thrown into the skies again.

"Or how about this?!?" Rando once more forced him to fall flat on his face.

"Is this boring you?!?"
