*Nicoles POV*
I woke up to the warmth of the sun shinning on my skin and a slight breeze blowing in through the windows. Ive missed Californian weather a lot. It would always bring a fresh start to your mornings. But today seems different. Im not really happy to be here anymore. I'm only here for one reason now. Work.
I rolled over on my side and thought about Jc. I tried to call him last night, but he didn't answer. Figures, I mean why would he. He's probably with his Girlfriend. I shouldn't have called, he probably thinks im desperate.
I got out of bed, threw on a hoodie and made my way to the living room. I didnt see Dom there though. Its actually pretty early. So I guess hes not up yet. I sat down on the couch and pulled out my phone to see I got a text from Kian.
"Call me when you can cause mom wants to talk to you"
I replied with:
"In a little while cause im kinda busy at the moment"
I dont feel like talking to anyone today,but I have too because Lindsays having stylists come over to get me ready for a near by photo shoot in three hours. I dont feel up for it today, but this is what im being paid for so i kinda have to.
I wanted to convince myself that I was here for work and for work only, but to be honest, I was kind of excited to see Jc. A lot. But he has a girlfriend now. If he moved on, then its time for me to stop holding on and move on too.
"Hey, your up early" Dom smiled walking into the living room
"I dont usually get up early, but I have too." I sighed, "Danny and Melissa are coming over soon to get me ready for a photo shoot. I hope you dont mind." I explained getting up and making my way over to the island in the kitchen where dom was making his coffee.
"I don't mind" he said taking out a coffee cup out of the cabinet.
"Cool" I smiled, "So do you have anything planned for today?"
"No not really, just have to edit a video for Kian but I could do that later" he said
"So what do you want to do for the next hour and a half ?" I asked
"Uhh... do you want to go get breakfast?" He asked
"Sure where?" I agreed
"There's a new restaurant not to far away" he told
"Sounds great! Could you give me 20 minutes to get ready?" I asked
"Sure" he smiled

Im not sure how dressy this restaurant is, so I picked out a simple black crop top and a white lace skirt. I also put on a cross necklace and a gold watch accompanied by some gold bracelets. I brushed my teeth, curled my hair a little bit, put on mascara, light pink lipstick then went out to the kitchen where dom was dressed and ready to go.
"I dont know how dressy this restaurant is, so I hope this is okay" I stated standing a few feet away from him
"That looks perfect" he smiled
"Cool! Then lets go" I said

Dom and I went to a restaurant called Meadows. Its a very upscale type of place, so im glad I dressed up nicely. The food was fantastic, they had a portion of the restaurant that served only breakfast. So we ate there. I had french toast with fruit and Dom had Pancakes and bacon. We talked about ourselves and got to know each other more. He seems really down to earth. I like that. Hes very polite but at the same time funny. He told me about his family and what they're like. From what he says, they sound awfuly nice.
