We open the scene to see Weiss in Prof. Port's class staring at the clock impatiently waiting for class to end, then Jaune slides up next to her
Jaune: so Weiss, you know uh, I was thinking that after this, maybe we could go grab a bite to eat? *glances at the teacher, then looks back at Weiss* And uh, you know well I-I've got two tickets to that new Spruce Willis movie of you want to make the trip to Vale. I hear it's awesome. And... then maybe after that we could, study together? I mean, you're smart and I'm a, you know...
The clock ticks over to 4 pm as the bell rings out signalling that classes are over, so Weiss dismisses the clock as Port hears the bell
Prof. Port: and then I— oh, uh timed that one wrong I guess. Well the stunning conclusion to the stunning conclusion to the story will have to wait. Until next time *students start to stand up and leave the classroom*
Jaune: Weiss? Did you hear me?
Weiss: *stands up without looking at Jaune and walks away* no, no, no, yes
Jaune just sighs and plants his face onto the desk and as RBY and KitsuKami Yang ruffles Jaune's hair
Yang: one day
Rao: also Pyrrha wants to know if you'd like to still go the Spruce Willis movie with her
Jaune's head shoots up and looks at Rao in confusion as the the two teams make it back into their rooms Team RWBY change out of their uniforms and into some more subtle clothes for their unauthorised mission as Rao and (Y/n) face the wall
Ruby: you two can turn around now
Rao: *both Rao and (Y/n) face RWBY* fucking finally... I almost starting to look for a good book to read
Blake: and here I thought that class would never end
Ruby: alright guys, today's the day. The investigation, *jumps off her bed and land in front of Weiss* begins!
Weiss: I'm glad to see that we are taking this so seriously
Yang: hey! We've got a plan. That's... moderately serious
Ruby: right, everyone remember their roles?
Weiss: (Y/n), you and I will head to the CCT and check the Schnee records for any other Dust robberies, or inconsistencies. Seeing as I'm in the family, it shouldn't be a problem
Blake: the White Fang has regular faction meetings to hand out orders and recruit new members. If Rao and I can get in, I can hopefully find out what they're planning
Yang: I have an old friend on the shady side of town that typically knows everything going on in Vale. Getting information out of him shouldn't be too hard
Ruby: great, we'll meet up near Yang to go over what we've found. Let's do this!
Sun: yeah!
