Epilogue

We both woke up early, she was in the shower and I was making breakfast. Gusto ko siyang pigilan, I want to lock her in her room para hindi siya makaalis but nothing was allowing myself to do that.

After breakfast ay nag-handa na rin ako para ihatid siya sa airport. I couldn't focus since she was right beside me and is leaving me again, she wanted some music so she turned on the radio. Tumunog naman ang passenger seat.

"Galit pa rin ako sa'yo since you dated those girls." Saad niya kaya napatawa ako. "What's funny?"

"I never dated those girls, Eric was the one who was using a dating app and accidentally set me up pero hindi ako sumipot since he already explained the situation. Wala akong naging ibang babae."

"Really?"

"Alam ng Diyos kung gaano kita kamahal, Laina. Sana huwag mo akong pagdudahan." Sagot ko.

Kagabi, nung nakatulog na siya ay hindi ko siya binibitawan. I didn't cry that she was going to leave me again, I cried because I was so happy that the Lord gave me another chance to have her by my side. Masakit pero tinatanggap ko naman.

When we arrived I helped her with her things. Sinamahan ko na rin siya sa loob para pag sumakay na siya ng eroplano ay aalis na rin ako. We spent the last hours together before she leaves again. Ayaw ko rin namang sumunod sa kaniya, I want to be with her pero I want it here where we met.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final boarding call for flight 3 to Manchester. All passengers please proceed to gate 2 immediately. Thank you."

Tinignan ako ni Laina bago siya tumayo. I got up and told her to go na.

"Hindi mo ako pipigilan ulit?" She asked.

Niyakap ko siya at hinalikan sa sentido before letting her go.

"God knows how much I want to drive us home pero I respect your choice. Hindi ulit kita pipigilan, go chase your dreams. Andito lang ako when you come back."

She kissed my cheek before walking to the gate. I sat again, waiting for the plane to take off.

Hindi ko siya pinigilan kasi she knows what she wants and so do I, gusto kong manatili siya dito pero gusto ba niya?

Umupo ako, umaasa na sana tumigil siya at tumakbo pabalik sa akin but that didn't happen. Tumayo ako at naglakad palabas ng airport.

I walked through the gate, dumiretso muna ako sa may cr before going on the plane. I saw a pair of scissors and stared at myself for a few minutes then started cutting my hair the length that Jace liked. Hindi siya gaanong kagandahan but it was worth it. Lumabas ako at tinignan ang gate papunta sa eroplano at ang exit pabalik sa lalakeng mahal ko.

I wasted no time and ran. I finally arrived and my eyes quickly locked on him, he was walking away kaya sumigaw na ako.

"JANCE!" Napatingin ang maraming tao sa akin pero naglakad lang ako papunta sa kaniya.

"Laina anong ginagawa mo dito?" He asked as I ran to hug him. "Baka mahuli ka-."

"Jance, pinipili kita." I said and held him tighter. "Sa lahat ng mundo, sa lahat ng panalangin ko ay pangalan mo ang nakasulat. I love you, Jance ko."

He held me and played with my hair.

"Let's fix this later."

We walked outside to his car and he drove us home. I immediately messaged Ate Frances saying that I wasn't going back anymore and she said that she wanted me to stay here.

Dumiretso kami sa isang salon at pinaayos niya ang buhok ko. It was beautiful! Nagpalagay na rin ako ng bangs para cute.

"Mr. Salazar, how does she look?"

Lumapit si Jance at tinignan ako sa salamin, he smiled and payed the hairdresser.

"Good job, Marty." He helped me up then we went to eat dinner sa restaurant where it all started. "What do you want, baby?"

"Pasta." I smiled then sipped a glass of wine. "Kakaiba yung wine dito."

"Really?"

"Mhm." I said then we talked a lot.

We missed each other so much ay hindi na namin namalayan ang oras. We talked for hours, like we were the only people there.

Umuwi kami and he started shaving his facial hair off. Natatawa ako while watching dahil ginugulo ko siya but he didn't complain. Natatawa na lang din siya dahil sa akin.

I went to the living room to watch tv. He called me pero ayaw kong pumunta sa kaniya.

He sat beside me and paused the movie kaya nakanguso ko siyang hinarap.

"Mamaya na tayo manood ng movie." Nagtataka pa ako kung bakit may kinukuha siya sa ilalim ng sofa.

Naglabas siya ng maliit na box at kinuha ang nasa loob nun. Humarap siya sa akin at lumuhod.

"Lalaina Yvez Almarez, binigyan mo ako ng rason para lumaban at tanggapin ang sarili ko. Sana pagbigyan mo akong ipaglaban ang pagmamahal na ito hanggang sa dulo ng walang hanggan." He paused to wipe of my tears then began to speak again. "Will you marry me?"

Hindi ako makaimik dahil sa pinakita niya so I just nodded and cried while he slid the ring on my finger. Lumapit siya sa akin at hinalikan ako while wiping off my tears.

"I l-love you, Jance." I said while crying.

"I love you so much, my Lalaina."

After all of that ay kinausap ko siya since medyo masikip na yung ring sa akin.

"Kelan mo ito binili?" I asked.

"Before we broke up, kaya ako palaging wala noon. I was planning na rin on marrying you."

It felt heavy but I knew God separated us to find ourselves once more.

Lumapit ako sa kaniya at hinalikan siya sa pisngi.

"I'm sorry again, I love you."

"I love you too, my yellow."
