Both men returned to the Hokage's office after visiting Boruto once more, they explained everything that Amado told them, and Naruto even caved and gave his son the option of taking the pills or allowing Momoshiki to have his way with him. It wasn't one he should've gave but it only seemed logical that Boruto would go with the obvious. Take the pills. Which just as he hoped his son was in agreement to this. He'd rather be tired and groggy all the time than to deal with that alien asshole. Even still it saddens him that he'd have to stay at the hospital for at least two weeks before leaving. And his eye was still very stationary, and yes it was unfortunate but he could see the chakra natures in everyone that came by. That was also including himself. The color that seeped through his veins was dark purple, almost like how blood is actually blue until it hits air, this was similar to blue chakra that comes from a human, but it was coming from Momoshiki.

Once they returned and settled back down they immediately conversed about Boruto and solutions that could possibly help him. But none of which seemed doable at this time until Boruto's eye returns to normal, when that occurs, if at all, then he can be released from the medical field. It was too dangerous to go in public like that, his friends or even just average villagers might find him a threat without some form of explanation as to why he looks like that.

"I just hope that it doesn't hurt him and eventually he will be okay. I can't imagine losing him...I just..." Naruto's voice trailed off just as the sun behind him began to fade. The windows to the office glared and made the lighting in the room change in color. Yellow and somewhat red filled the room.

Sasuke felt the room's atmosphere change, he knew how hard this was for him, he may have not exactly known but he got the impression it was having on him. He knew Naruto needed comfort but was conflicted on providing it. "He will be okay Dobe." He said softly coming up behind him, they stood in front of the wall-like windows, the space between them being just a few feet. It took everything in the raven to not grab him and hold him like he did last night. He would quite literally kill for an opportunity like that again, but now wasn't the time.

"I sure hope you're right Sasuke." Naruto's voice broke mid sentence, it sounded as if he was biting his tongue in the process, preventing himself from crying. Sasuke took another step forward, and another, before he knew it he was right behind the blonde. One more step and he'd be nearly touching him. "I think this might be a good thing." He put out his opinion, because he truly believed that. He was certain Naruto had to of been thinking something along those same lines, if Jigen does show, Boruto will have more chance of protecting himself in the event he has too.

The Hokage could hear just how close Sasuke was, and suddenly heat scorched his body head to tow. He even let out a rather large amount of air, with a soft hum to it, feeling the comfort of their close proximity. "Y-You think?" He said nervously, slightly looking back at the raven just enough to see him. "Hn." That soft hum, oh how sweet it was to the Uzumaki's ears. So soothing he felt himself become light, and slowly he stepped backwards, bumping right into the raven. No words were exchanged, all that Sasuke could do was allow it and pursue it.

Blonde hair pressed against the front of Sasuke's shoulder, and his weight leaned into him, the ravens hands moved and were gently placed on the Hokage's sides. His dark orbs glanced down at the one resting against him, blue eyes were unseen as they were shut. Soaking in every last drop of this gesture. It gave Naruto a large amount of comfort, the same kind he got when he slept on the couch with him. Why was it that just being close like this made his heart patter, it didn't just beat faster it seemed to skip a few steps along the way. His stomach bubbling with joy and the simple feeling of relaxing. Something he didn't get to feel very often.

They stood like this until there was a knock on the door approximately after five minutes, which seemed long enough, before they parted away from each other and turned around to see the door open and Sakura come in. Good timing to part, bad luck for the person coming in. "My apologies Lord Seventh, I don't mean to intrude, I've only come to bring dinner for you two, I assume you'll be staying here again, you know, with chunin exam applications coming up again." She made her way to the desk and set down two prepacked meals. It was very kind of her to do so. "O-Oh...Thank you Sakura-Chan." She smiled at her friend and glanced at her husband, who which didn't seem to interested in conversation, as usual. "N-No worries really, I enjoyed making it! Sarada helped me." Her smile got softer but still full of love.
