I've been sitting, facing a laptop, doing research for hours now. Aileen and I decided to finished our chapter 5 to lessen our workload since the other members of our group already finished the chapter 4. I looked at Aileen, analyzing the materials we have for our research, checking the chapter 4 if there is something wrong with their work, revising what is needed to revise. She's really focused on her work.

We're really alike. Once we focused on something, we finished it till the end. I guess isa yun sa reason kung  bakit mas close ako sa kanya, though she's more cheerful than I am. I'm an introvert person after all.

Among the three of us, I'm the only introvert, and they both have a big circle compared to mine. And Aileen is whom I'm closest with, nagkakasundo kami sa maraming bagay. Fortunately, we were on the same group so we worked faster than the others. We have never uttered a single word since we started working unless it's really necessary.

He said looking a bit annoyed, holding the doorknob. What's up with him?

"Susunod kami." tanging sagot ko at sinarado na niya ulit ang pinto. Tinignan ko si Aileen pero parang wala siyang narinig at pinagpatuloy pa rin ang ginagawa niya. Wala pa atang balak kumain ang isang to.

"Kain muna tayo, baka pasukin tayo ni Mama at masermunan pa." I called on her, hinting her to put off her work. She placed down all the papers she's holding. I placed the laptop on my study table and helped her tidy our mess.

"Nakakapagod, gosh. Ang sakit ng likod ko." She complained and stretched her body. I walked to the dining room with Aileen following behind me.

"Anyway, defense is in 4 days, right after that, immersion next week. Full schedule na naman tayo." Aileen complained as soon as we get our butt seated.

"Isn't better to finished early than to have a pile of schoolwork activities with the same date of deadline? And okay na rin yan para wala na tayong masyadong iintindihin. Well, aside sa mga hahabulin or requirements natin. This is much better than the latter. " I replied.

"Make sense." She replied shrugging her shoulder, scooping a spoonful of food.

"It's already 8, pagtapos mo kumain umuwi ka na, pagagalitan ka ni tita pag nagpagabi ka pa. Let's continue the rest tomorrow at school."

"Sure, no probs, since hindi naman papasok mga teachers natin." She replied, and napansin ko na hinihiwalay niya yung carrots.

"Pag nahuli ka ni Mama lagot ka." I told her and she looked at me with a pleading eyes.

"Tin, alam mo naman na hindi ako kumakain ng gulay e." Reklamo nito.

"Sige, sabihin mo kay Mama yan." Saad ko habang natatawa sa kanya.

"Ikaw na kumain, dali na." Pagmamakaawa nito at tinawanan ko to bago kunin yung hiniwalay niyang carrots.

After some time, we finished our dinner and went back to my room.

I told her.

"Yep. Tita, uwi na po ako, salamat po." Paalam niya kay Mama.

"Mag iingat ka, gabi na." Ani ni Mama.

I went back to my room and cleaned the remaining mess. I played a game for awhile before going to sleep.
