20. AGASTYA - THE OVER PROTECTIVE BOYFRIEND??!!

Note :- Text in between "*****" are going to be flashbacks. A lot of them are to come, in upcoming chapters!! I feel like I have teased you all enough with puzzles.

"Your brother is going to kill both of us for this, Avi!!" Amrita said, afraid of the consequences when her over protective boyfriend will get to know about their endeavors. Yet, she didn't stop. She put on her helmet and strapped the belt, securing it around her head. She settled herself on the bike. She took hold of the handles, took a deep breathe and balanced the bike, removing the stand. After she balanced, she looked at Advitya, who was already holding the bike protectively. She doubted if his protectiveness is directed towards the bike or her but anyways, it didn't matter now.

"Are you going to just hold the bike or teach me anything?" She asked pulling him out of daze, who immediately shook his head. "You know what, Bhabs. This is not a great idea. I don't think we should do this. Aap na, Bhaiyya se hi seekhlo please." He kind of pleaded and Amrita got irritated.

"Agar tere bhaiyya ko sikhana hota, tho mai tujhse kyu puchti, Avi??" She snapped, irritated by the whole Gautam Brother clan! "Chup chap sikhao mujhe. Varna acha nahi hoga tumhareliye, Avi."

"Yaar Bhabs. Bhaiyya aapko kuch nahi kahenge!! Lekin mujhe..." He shuddered at the thought and shook his head immediately "please. Take pity on me and drop this idea." He seriously pleaded this time.

"You know what Advitya!! Just get away from me. I can teach myself how to drive a bike. I know how to ride a gearless one. This one won't be that hard." She declared. She is officially done with it.

She had been pleading Agastya to teach her for months now. But like always, he didn't give in. To be fair to him, he did try teaching her and she fell down once, before he could start. But only ONCE! She patiently waited for him to teach after that, but when she understood that he is not going to do that, she decided to take the matter into her own hands. She needs a tutor and who better than Advitya Gautam!! The guy is her Agastya's brother, whom Agastya won't be able to kill for daring to teach her, when he denied. And Advitya does know how to ride one. The guy taught his kid brother on his own. If Advitya can handle Akshat and teach him how to ride a bike, then dealing her won't be much of a task for him, or so she thought. But when he tried to back off, she had enough!

"Ok Fine!! I will teach you but you are going to listen to me with all your concentration and promise me that you won't fall down. One scratch on you, I will be dead." He tried to threaten but it came out as a request. Because he will be damned if he let her drive on her own. Riding a bike is not that big of a task. He didn't know why his bhaiyya refused to teach her and that was the only thing that had him think twice. But he gave in anyway. He is confident about his teaching skills and he decided to trust his instincts to stop her if she falters. Someone has to do it and he is ready.

"Promise!" She is quick to reply.

"Ok! Yeah!! You can do it. We can do it. And we are going to do it!!" He clapped his hands, trying to motivate himself and also his Bhabhs, whose body looked taut with tension.

Amrita nodded and reciprocated his energy "Yep!! Now teach me."

"Lets start with basics..." Amrita cut him off "I know the basics, Avi. This is accelerator. This is the clutch. This is break. Agastya ne sab batadiya mujhe."

"Itna bataya bhaiyya ne. Lekin start karna nahi sikhaya?"

Amrita shrugged casually "Vo sab chodo aur tum ispe focus karo." She didn't want to offer him any details and embarrass herself. That was a tale best forgotten.
