Assalam Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

'Afdal Alduea' ; Translation — Best Supplication.

For Good Health (Recite 7 times)

أَسْأَلُ اللهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ

As alullaahal adheem; Rabbal arshil adheem; An yash'fiyak.

I ask Almighty Allah, Lord of the Magnificent Throne, to make you well.

Benefit

The Prophet said (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)

"That by reciting this Dua seven times, the ill person will regain his health and if death occurs then that is a different issue."

ie: Death is written it cannot be prevented.

Cure of any Illness

أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشافي ، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءٌ لَّا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمَاً

Adh'hibil bah'sa rabban naas; Washfi antash shafee; La shifaa'a illah shifa'uk; Shifaa'ul laa yu'gaa-diru saqa'maa.

O Lord of the people, remove this pain and cure it, You are the one who cures and there is no one besides You who can cure, grant such a cure that no illness remains.

Benefit

Narrated from Aisha (Radeyallāhu ′Anha)

"When any of us fell sick, the Messenger would wipe him with his right hand then say this Dua."

When Visiting Sick

لَا بَأْسَ طَهُورُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ

Laa ba'sa ta'hoorun; In sha Allaah.

Do not worry, it will be a purification (for you) Allah willing.

Benefit

Narrated by Abu Hurairah (Radeyallāhu ′Anhu) The Prophet said (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)

"Every Muslim has five rights over another Muslim"

1. To return the greetings

2. To visit the sick

3. To accompany funeral processions

4. To accept an invitation

5. To respond to the sneeze.

Any Difficult Affairs

اللَّهُمَّ لَا سَهْلَ إِلَّا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلاً، وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلاً

Allahumma la sahla illaa maa ja'altahu sahlaa; Wa anta taj'alul hazna idha shi'ta sahlaa.

O Allah, there is no ease except in that which You have made easy, and You make the difficulty, if You wish, easy.

Benefit

The Prophet said (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)

"How wonderful is the affair of the believer, for all his affairs are good and this applies to no one except the believer.

If something good happens to him, he gives thanks and it something bad happens to him, he bears it with patience, and both are good for him."
