Biddah ; Translation — Innovation.

So finally الحمد لله (Alhumdulillah - Praise To Be Allah) Ramadan is coming.

Here in context of Islam Biddah means to create something that is not mentioned in The Holy Quran or The Hadiths and it is one the biggest shirk to commit.

If you use Instagram or any other social media platform you may see some people saying this or that, reciting something etc so i'll advise you all to check the Authentic Hadiths to comfirm about it being correct or not and to save yourself from committing sins.

Save Yourself From Biddah.

Our Beloved Prophet Muhummad (Sallallahu Alaihu Wasallam) said about Biddah

" Every bid'ah is misguidance and every path of misguidance goes to hell"

" If somebody innovates something which is not in harmony with the principles of our religion, that thing is rejected"

" The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) states, "The best speech is that which is embodied in the Book of Allah, the Al Quran; and the best guidance is the guidance given by me, Mohamed. The most evil affairs are the innovations (bid'ah), and every innovation (bid'ah) is an error" [22, 23, 24, 25, 26]. The reference to bid'ah here is relating to the creation of statements that oppose what has already been clarified in the Quran and explained by the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). It is therefore permissible to innovate that which benefits the religion and that which complies with Sharia law. This is where confusion stems between Muslims5 [19]."

And Allah Subhanawatala says In The Holy Quran

" Allah states, "And whoever opposes the Messenger after guidance has become clear to him and follows other than the way of the believers. We will give him what he has taken and drive him into Hell, and evil it is as a destination" [20]. Allah is giving a warning that if any believer separates from the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) guidance, which includes the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)'s guidance on bid'ah, then his abode will be hell4 [21]."

There maybe not all references given. If i'll find it out, i'll write.

I was just going to end the part here but i founded something very important to tell.

Its about Taraweeh prayer which people usually pray like 8 or 20 rakhats.

Our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) never prayed Taraweeh nor it is obligatory. It is not the Sunnah which usually many people misinterpret to be that Our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) prayed.

It can be called Biddah but praying it is not a sin too because its nafal prayers and praying Salah and reciting and listening to The Holy Quran cannot be it.

(Nafal prayers are not obligatory but it can very important if earlier due to some reasons you've missed your prayer and to make yourself better you can prayer nafal in each Salah. It also decreases your sins.)

A humble request please watch the video. I've posted the link in my message board.
