اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Allahumma in'naka affu'wun; Tuhib'bul afwa fa'fu annee.
O Allah You are The One Who pardons greatly, and loves to pardon, so pardon me.
Benefit
Aisha (Radeyallāhu ′Anha) reported I asked
"O Messenger of Allah! If I realize Lailat-ul-Qadr (Night of Decree), what should I supplicate in it?"
He replied:
"You should supplicate this Dua: Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun, tuhibbul-'afwa, fa'fu 'anni."

Laa-haw'la wa-laa qu'wata illaa billah
There is no might nor power except with Allah.

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
Subhan Allah;
Wal'hamdulillah;
Wa laa ilaaha illallah;
Wallahu Akbar.
Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest.
Benefit
The Prophet said (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)
"The most beloved words to Allah are four:
1: Subhanallah
2: Alhamdulillah
3: La-ilaha illallah
4: Allahu Akbar
It makes no difference with which one you begin reciting."

Dua before Salam
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ، وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
Allahumma inni a oodhu bika min adhabil-qabr;
Wa min adhaabi jahannam;
Wa min fitnatil mahya wa-mamaat;
Wa min sharri fitnatil maseeh'id dajjaal.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and from the punishment of Hell-fire, and from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah.

Narrated Abu Hurairah (Radeyallāhu ′Anhu)
The Prophet said (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)
When one of you finishes the last Tashahhud (before Salam), he should seek refuge in Allah from four things by saying this Dua.
