Izuku drove to the supermarket after walking out of the school; he had to buy some groceries, as he was running low on food. He parked and grabbed his wallet before stepping out of the car. It wasn't a famous place, but it was practical. He was friends with the cashier, Hitoshi Shinso, and sometimes got discounts, which was even better. As he stepped into the store, he took a quick look around. Usually, there would only be one or two people here at most, and today there was one. It was unlikely for new people to go here, as everyone who did had a personal relationship with one of the cashiers and only came for them. The other person in the store was someone Izuku had never seen before, so he was slightly confused as he walked over to Shinso.

" Who's that guy? Do you know him? " Izuku asked, dropping his voice to a whisper. Shinso looked at Izuku and grinned.

" Nah, he just walked in here. Looks kind of intimidating, don't you think? " Izuku scoffed in response, turning his gaze to the man. He sized the man up, then looked back to Shinso.

" I'd kick his ass, " Izuku replied, his voice steady. Shinso grinned and rolled his eyes before leaning back against the wall.

" Sure you would, now fuck off, I've got work to do." Izuku grinned as well before walking to the aisle the man was in.

He subtly tried to look at the man, but the man noticed almost immediately. " What are you staring at, huh, kid? " The man's voice was deep, and his tone was serious. Izuku scoffed and turned his body to face the man.

" I was trying to look at the shelf behind you, but your fatass is blocking my view, " Izuku smirked, crossing his arms over his chest. The man narrowed his eyes, clenching his fists by his sides.

" You wanna repeat that, you little shit?"

" Your fatass is blocking my fucking view. " The man growled in frustration before stepping towards Izuku, getting up in his space. Izuku grinned and was about to say something until the man punched Izuku square in the nose. Izuku's head shot back and he brought a hand to his nose, blood pouring from it. Izuku grunted in pain, breathing heavily. Just as Izuku was about to hit the man, the shop door's bell rang. The man looked away from Izuku, his gaze fixed upon the door. Suddenly, the color from the man's face faded.

Izuku turned around, looking at the door, and that's when he saw Katsuki standing there. Katsuki walked up to Izuku, gently grabbing his chin and tilting his head upwards so he could look at his nose.

" What the fuck happened? " Katsuki asked, his tone cold. Izuku shrugged and pulled his face away from Katsuki, putting his hand back over his nose. Katsuki grabbed Izuku's hand and moved it before pulling a tissue out of his pocket and handing it to Izuku. Izuku rolled his eyes but pressed the tissue to his nose, wincing slightly. Katsuki then walked past Izuku and to the man, narrowing his eyes.

" Apologize to him, and it'll make this easier for the both of us, " Katsuki commanded, looking the man up and down. The man stuttered, scrambling to put an apology together.

" I- I'm sorry for hitting you, I- I just... I wasn't thinking! Please forgive me! " The man pleaded; his tone had changed, and he sounded frightened. Katsuki nodded, turning his head to look at Izuku. Izuku grinned, trying to suppress his laugh.

" Oh, it's fine," Izuku responded before speaking again and dropping his voice to a whisper. " But I probably would've rocked your ass anyway. "

The man rolled his eyes, clearly annoyed by Izuku's response. Katsuki smiled sarcastically and stared at the man in the eyes.

" You little shit! " The man yelled. Katsuki's smile flickered, and he chuckled slightly before his expression darkened.

" Don't talk to him that way, " Katsuki's tone was firm, but the man just scoffed.

" You know what? What are you gonna do? Huh? " The man teased, smirking.

Katsuki paused for a moment before cracking his knuckles, along with his neck. Then, unexpectedly well, not that unexpectedly Katsuki punched the man in the side of the face. The man collapsed to the ground on impact. He was out cold.

Izuku's eyes widened as the man laid motionless on the ground, Katsuki hovering over him. Then, Katsuki spat on the man before turning and walking to Izuku, who was still shocked.

" How did you- you just... what? You hit him once, and you- you knocked him out? " Izuku exclaimed. He wasn't expecting Katsuki to be able to do that because when Katsuki had hit him, it didn't even hurt that bad.

" That's fucking insane. How did he do that? Can he do that to me if I piss him off too much? Fuck, that's crazy. " Izuku thought, zoning out for a brief moment.

" To be fair, I warned him, " Katsuki grumbled, beginning to walk away.

" What? You're just going to walk away after you fucking- " Izuku began before getting cut off.

" Language," Katsuki reminded me. " Right. But walking away after knocking someone out? "

" He'll be fine. I'm not gonna nurse his ass back to health if that's what you want. " Izuku rolled his eyes and pulled the tissue away from his nose; it had stopped bleeding for the most part.

" Bleeding stopped yet? " Katsuki asked, putting his hands in his pockets.

Izuku was about to reply before Shinso ran out from the storage room with a bat, but he stopped once he saw the man lying unconscious on the ground. Shinso looked from the man to Katsuki, then looked at Izuku with a confused expression.

"...Why the fuck does your little friend have a bat ? " Katsuki questioned, looking Shinso up and down.

" I was planning on kicking the guy's ass myself, but... I guess someone beat me to it. " Shinso shrugged and leaned the bat against the shelf. Izuku sighed, shaking his head slightly. He brushed his hair out of his face and then looked back at Katsuki.

" You can go now, " Izuku said, his tone neutral once more. Katsuki nodded before responding.

" If you're not ready by the time I arrive at your house, we're having a chat. " Izuku rolled his eyes, but he couldn't help but grin.

" Yeah, I know. "

After that, Katsuki left the store to God knows where. Shinso crossed his arms over his chest and leaned against the shelf.

" Who was that? " He asked, staring at Izuku as Izuku nudged the man with his foot.

" Just some guy who gets me out of trouble and buys me shit. "

" And where'd you meet him? "

" Texted me saying he could get me out of a suspension. Now stop asking so many questions. "

" Well, I'm not going to let you get kidnapped by some creep, Izuku. "

" Be for fucking real. Katsuki just knocked a guy out for hitting me when I pissed the man off first."

" Oh, so his name is Katsuki? " Izuku groaned, turning to face Shinso.

" Yes, his name is Katsuki. " Shinso scoffed, shaking his head.

" This is unbelievable. You might as well get into a random person's van! " " Whatever. I have to finish what I came here for. I need some groceries, man."

" Just take whatever. I could care less at this point. " Izuku grinned, grabbing stuff off the shelves.
" Thanks, Shinso~ "
