Chapter 9

"The Tornado of Creation. The power to create something out of nothing" Elder Wu said while he made a cup appeared out of thin air in his hand

Kai attempts a few moves that might activate the Tornado of Creation, which obviously fails, and Elder Wu who saw him turned to him

"No, Kai! If done incorrectly, it will lead to disastrous consequences" Elder Wu scolds but Kai did not listen

"Disastrous consequences. Right... " Kai said unconvinced as he continues to spin and pose

Suddenly, the ship stumbles and crashes into something, causing everyone except Elder Wu to stumble and fall, thankfully I was able to use the railing as a support

"Uh... wasn't me" Cole commented as he let go of the wheel and back off

Now that I thought about it. Cole should see whatever happens on the ship since he is at the highest dock, including the possible disaster the ship could bring

So why did he not expect the crash?

I saw from the corner of my eyes as Jay turned to glare at him, for some reason. I raised an eyebrow and turned to Cole too, only to see him smiling sheepishly

I shook my head, turning my attention to look in front. In an instance, a look of awe form on my face at seeing a land made out of ice and a large ice volcano I assume is the Ice Temple at a distance

"Woahhhhh" I awe

"Did I do that?" I heard Kai asked but I did not bother averting my attention from the beauty of Ice

"No. We are here"

I watch as the ninja jumps down from the ship. My brain turns like gears as I find excuses to explore with the ninja for my Daily Mission

I turned to Elder Wu, a look of plead in my face

"Can I come?"

Third person POV

"Wait!" Irene's voice is heard calling to the ninja as she hurriedly ran towards them. A large excited and giddy smile on her face

"Irene?!" Jay said in surprise

"Irene? What are you doing here?" Cole asked as Irene started to walk together with the four ninja

A soft giggle escape her lips as she recall Elder Wu succumbing into her secret weapon 'Puppy eyes'

"Elder let me come! I am curious at this environment, it looks very beautiful" She said as Jay gaped at her

"Sensei let you?!"

"Of course! Why are you so surprise?"

The ninja glanced at each other, as if having a conversation in the mind before they turned to Irene

The brunette haired female who saw their look, immediately uses the same puppy eye technique, knowing that the boys might not let her come with them based on their aura that ooze hesitation and reluctant

They immediately let her be after her technique, even her brother has to force the boys to avoid her pleading gaze before they could comfort her, knowing how effective her puppy eyes are since he witness it first hand

As the boys gaze at the ice that surrounded them, Irene could not help but let herself fall deep in thought

She promises Master Wu to avoid trouble, but here she is walking towards it nonchalantly like it is nothing. Correction: It is nothing to her

Master Wu would have warned or even scolded her because of her disobedient, but currently the old man forgot about it in the moment because of her technique- she means, her skill
