URGENT:

The President and CEO would like the following individuals found as soon as possible. Instructions are to identify, tranquilize, and report or transport--along with all belongings--to IIA. Do not damage or lose any belongings, especially any scrolls or pieces of parchment. This search should be considered complete only once confirmation from IIA given.

Do not expect to find any of subjects 1-5 together, but subject 6 may accompany subjects 1-5. If subject 6 is observed with a SandWing or SeaWing (provided that dragon also possesses a scroll and/or several parchment scraps or a container with such) and not any of subjects 1-5, proceed to tranquilize and report or transport that dragon to IIA as well.

We understand that identifying these individuals (other than subject 6) on sight will be difficult due to the poor and generic descriptions available. However, we believe success is much more practically possible via name identification by financial institutions, merchants, etc. Subjects 1-5 will typically give their real names, so please share a watchlist of these names with any individuals or firms you believe are willing and able to assist.

Again, do NOT damage or lose any paper objects on any of the subjects. By special order of the President and CEO, it is imperative that IIA gains possession of these paper objects. The purpose of this is classified information.
