You and Alex went over contracts, shooting date locations and everything in between in the span of about an hour and having crammed the weeks worth of work into the hour long talk and that was that. A hug to Alex, a hug and kiss for Alice and he was off for a few months until you would fly out for a week to see the start of production. You eventually did as much work as your day would allot before deciding on the cuff to give Danica a week's paid vacation. She seemed a bit surprised by this random and out of nowhere expression but she had definitely earned another week to go and do whatever she needed as she basically kept everything afloat here while you were busy with Alex. You told her you wouldn't accept her into the office and she thanked you and told you to have a good weekend and call her if you needed anything. You watched her go and texted with Nathalie about what time her flight was coming in later and made sure to have a ride set up for her as you had a grocery list delivered to the house as you were heading out as Emilia had given you some specific things she knew Nathalie would like.

By the time you got home you were pretty worn out but you sucked it up and showered and began to make the dinner you had planned while catching up on some podcasts. An hour or so later you got the text that she had landed and was on her way. You weren't exactly nervous, but you wouldn't say you weren't a little intimidated about making a good impression.

Nathalie arrived as you had finished the pasta dish a few minutes prior and you welcomed her with a large smile and a hug as she clicked her tongue and looked about the house with a smirk as you showed her to the patio and upstairs where you put her luggage into the guest room as she chuckled and admitted she could see why you had all the girls up in arms. You asked what she meant and you made a plate and poured her a glass of the wine she knew you had to have known from Emilia as you played coy and just let her think correctly about her assumption. You pressed a bit about what she meant and she chuckled and complimented your cooking as she said there were rumors abound with CAA talent about you and your family and how you made your headway without a major corporation backing you.
