When Kaitlyn had called you that day you didn't really know what to expect. Since the awards show and that wonderful night she had been a little distant. Which was understandable. A young starlet who was lost in the moment and needed some satisfaction that you were luckily able to provide. It wasn't a secret around the sets and I'm sure word got to her and maybe scares her away the last few months. So you arrived at her home she gave you a hug and asked how you had been and you explained how busy and swamped you had become lately. Hollywood was getting back into the swing of things after the pandemic had done a real number the last seven months hadn't been easy for anyone and so you were finally able to get back to clients and find work and help with the new norm in any way that you could. Kaitlyn asks if she can go over some ideas she has about her music career with her sister as music had become an easier outlet for her in the months that had passed. You listened and shared your thoughts and concerns as she asked if you wanted something to drink, and you simply said water and checked your phone.

You had been representing Cristina Scabbia since she signed with your father back in the day and you had a close relationship with most of the music acts that you helped sign through Century Media. She was on her way to the states and was going to meet up with you for dinner as she was in coming to start a tour with her band Lacuna Coil, who had been trapped under the pandemic in Italy for even longer then what happened here in the states. You and her talked for a bit and decided you would catch up more in person, as you and her had a wicked chemistry you felt you could only have with true friends.
