𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 & 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 | 𝗗𝗖 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘀

𝗧𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆-𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲, 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻.

Conner had been acting weird since they got back to STAR Labs from the Bunker, Aria was having a coffee with Cisco, Barry, and Caitlin as they waited for time to pass. Dick was helping Tim watch the cams that showed Rachel and Sebastian.

"I'm just worried about him," Aria admitted in a soft voice

"He's probably just in shock from getting hurt, we were the same way when we first got hurt," Barry pointed out to his best friend

"I know but he's already had a tough run lately and I'm worried that he's taking a turn," Aria explained some more

"Are you saying that because he's acting weird or what you thought of when he was stabbed?" Caitlin asked the woman

"Both but mostly because of him," Aria remarked with an eye roll

"Look, I checked his vitals and everything, it all came back clear," Cisco stated to comfort

"I know but I'm mostly worried about how it's affecting him mentally," Aria explained some more

"We can run some mental tests later but for right now, let's talk about you and Dick," Barry stated giving her a look

"We started dating a few months ago but we haven't spent much time together since everything that happened and what's going on," Aria explained to her friends

"You two need a date night away from the kids and villains," Catilin pointed out

"We can watch the four of them for a while you two go out," Barry added in support

"Thank you but there is no way that we could just leave you three with the kids and everything that is going on," Aria stated as she shook her head

Before any of them could deny her reasons, Dick had come in saying that there was a snake inside the compound. They were in the main center as they watched the video cameras and the snake,

"I should have tried to kill it," Tim spoke in anger

"That would've been a bad idea," Cisco stated to the boy

"Or a fatal one," Dick added in support

"This is magic, we're in Jinx's world now so what's your take on this?" Aria asked the woman

"Well, a snake is that crazy lady's signature move, right?" Jinx asked in confusion

"Could have been the same snake that killed Lex," Aria guessed with a sigh

"How did the snake get inside of S.T.A.R. Labs? We had every inch of this place covered," Gar urged some more

"Doesn't matter now, does it? The point is that it's here and Mommy's gonna use that snake to get what she wants," Jinx stated with a smirk

"Which is Sebastian, so how do we stop this thing?" Dick asked with concern

"Well, I am gonna have to consult the only person capable of handling a snake of this magnitude, Samuel L. Jackson, It's magic versus magic, right? So, if you catch this thing, I will magic your little snake," Jinx spoke in a tone

"So not little," Tim whined in defense

"Then, I will magic your enormous snake, happy now?" Jinx questioned the group

"Make cowboy boots out of the thing, for all I care," Dick stated to the woman

"Let's find it. Kory, you and I on the west wing, Gar and Jinx, take the east and Conner, guard the silo and make sure nothing gets to Sebastian," Dick directed the group

"Let me guess, security monitors," Tim spoke in a mumble

"Yeah, for now," Dick spoke before walking out

Aria started to watch the cameras with Cisco and Tim when they saw Conner start to fight Dick and Kory before they knocked him out. Aria had to take a breather, she couldn't stand to see Conner talking like Lex.

"He's there," Aria stated looking at the screen

"Right, now he just needs to infect the snake and it should only take a couple of seconds," Caitlin spoke before Conner was groaning in pain

"His vitals are plummeting," Tim called out looking at the monitor

"V-Fib, it's his heart!" Dick shouted rushing over to the boy

"We need adrenaline," Cisco spoke to the group

"Tim!" Dick shouted before Tim shocked Conner

"He did it, now all we need to do is figure out how to get Gar out of..." Cisco spoke in relief

"What the hell is happening? Conner!" Aria asked in fear as Conner started coughing blood

They got Conner to calm down and he was okay, Conner was asleep and Aria had not left his side. Aria watched as the boy slept, she thought that she had lost him completely but he ended up being okay.
