The Agent: Book One

Part 24- Anne Hathaway

The two of you dress as she asks how things were going and you filled her in a bit about getting the confirmation for her third season shoot for Another Life. She smiles and says she's more interested in you and you play coy and keep your cards to the vest as she makes a face and doesn't press the issue as she thanks you for the work out and gives you a kiss as she heads off to the makeup and wardrobe rooms as you checked your phone and smirked as you called the number back and hears a nice familiar voice.

Alex Draven was a friend and also one hell of an agent, and he was in charge of the agency's European branch, taking care of all the actors and actresses that resided mostly overseas. If they could get a meeting with you, getting a meeting with Alex was the next best thing. Draven bellowed happily and told you he was in town for a few days and wanted to meet up but you weren't at the office. You tell him to meet you at the spot, which was a local little sports bar you two always fewuwent when you get together. You hang up and smirk as you legitimately missed having your best friend around.

You get there about twenty minutes later and can see him at the table you guys always try to get and he hurried over and wrapped you up as you two hugged like you hadn't talked and seen each other in years which was far from the case. You had emailed or texted Alex everyday but him living in Europe now did make the last few visits more special then how it was when he was here. You guys order drinks and talk and catch up and he tells you about some of his ventures and crazy stories and you fill him in on some stuff as well as he finishes a drink and says "So look man, I really have something I need your help with, client wise".
