"Selene." Marcie stared at the woman.
"Hello Marcie, hello Mak." she waved at everyone.
Marcie waved back but Mak ignored, he was irritated.
"So, What were you guys talking about? Or heading to?" she asked
"We were—
"We're having a family walk, thank you." Mak interrupted Rafe.
"That seems cool, could I join?" Selene smiles.
"No."
"Mak," Marcie says
"No." he glared at his sister
"I just thought I could be you guys' friends, I don't really have any here in New Orleans." her voice softens.
"How old are you?" Malachi asks
"Old enough." her voice changes
"Well— I don't have a problem with you joining us."
"I do, we don't fucking need any more mortals on this trip," he whispers.
Mak started strolling down the sidewalk as the others followed. "I can help you find what you're looking for if you tell me."
Silence.
"I know everything around here in New Orleans."
Silence.
"I know that you guys are vampires!"
Mak flashed toward her grabbing onto her neck in an alleyway so no one could see, he continued to choke her against the brick wall.
"Who are you?"
"Ooh Kinky, I like." she smirks
Mak's facial expressions were disgusted, he finally let go of her neck backing away.
"How did you know?" Marcie
asked.
"Like i said, I know everything," she dusts herself off.
"I also know about the witches in New Orleans." she blabbered on.
Marcie looks at Mak, "Maybe she knows about the nymphs." she whispers
"No," Selene randomly says
"Huh?"
"We don't talk about them, it's forbidden here."
"So you do know about them."
"Sure, I've heard stories..."
"So is there any here right now?" Rafe asks
Silence.
"Please tell us it's very important so we can bring my sister back."
"A resurrection spell?" she questions.
