Miyuki flipped the paper with her right hand already holding her pencil.
From across the classroom, Kuwabara quickly glanced at her.
Despite her usual boldness seconds ago, he noticed how raspy her voice was and how pale she looked. The few drops of sweat were also noticeable on the side of her face, but she quickly wiped them away.
What happened? He couldn't help but wonder, but he couldn't do it much longer as Miyuki shot him her signature glare.
EEK! He quickly turned back and focused on the test before him. Okay Kazuma, focus. You can ask her later because right now Okubo is counting on you!
But when he looked down at the list of questions, he got a bit overwhelmed. Stuck even. His eyes went over and over at one or two of them, but even so, he was a little unsure.
"Man, I'm positive I studied this, but I can't remember..."
Miyuki rolled her eyes at his mumbles before her pencil began to write her answers.
"Hey, I got it!" His voice once more reached her ears, but she just ordered herself to focus on her own test. She wrote her answers without pause, but with each one, she made a copy of them on her little sticky notes.
Kuwabara caught sight of that when Miyuki took another purple sticky note from her little stack.
When he realized what she was doing, he also took a small blank paper for his answers as well.

"So Kuwabara, how did it go?"
"Oh, it went well guys! Really!" Kuwabara beamed. "I got above fifty points for sure."
His friends' eyes lit up.
"No way."
"How did you get the results already?"
"I copied down my answers on scratch paper so I can check them in my textbook after I was through and I already looked over it three times, I scored fifty-three big ones."
"Then you saved me." Okubo walked up to him and held his hands with gratitude in his eyes.
"Wow Kuwabara, you really licked them," Miyamoto said.
"Nah, it was nothing," Kuwabara couldn't help but let himself get all flustered. "It was a promise between men."
