The kids had put together a plan to surprise Mirabel they just had to figure it out and put in motion, they told both their families and they all agreed with the idea.
"I'm so excited to show these to Mira when they are done". Socorro smiled
"Si, I think she'll love them". Héctor chuckled to his granddaughter
Abel and Rosa had come back from the Seamstress as they had picked up her dress.
"Oh it looks gorgeous, it's perfect ". Mamá Coco replies
"Okay let's check the list again ". Imelda smiled
List for Mirabel:
- Dress
- Food
- Shoes
- Gifts
- Music
- Tiara
- Guests
- Distractions
"Okay you can check off the dress and tiara we've got that". Abel said
"Check". Julio said
"And distractions Socorro and Miguel are on that". Rosa smiled
"Full check". Carmen chuckled
Meanwhile at the Encanto Miguel and Socorro were making a lot of arepa and other dishes whilst Julieta was away ( helping with the surprise.)
"Like that?" Socorro asked
Socorro was holding a pile of dough and a misshapen arepa and laughs Mirabel chuckled at the sight.
"Almost Hermanita it has to be flat turn with the dough". Mirabel replies
"Like this". She demonstrated with a fresh ball of dough as she turned her hands with it.
Socorro smiled as she tried again and this time she got it right.
"Epa there you go". She clapped
Miguel was struggling to keep up as he had flattened the dough twice going to fast.
"Nice try mi Amor but it takes patience ". Mirabel replies
"Why don't you work on the cake ". Mirabel asked
"That might be best". Miguel smiled
"Ay Miguel ". She chuckled
They continued helping each other as this had gone on for 2 hours and little did Mirabel know it was food for her surprise.
