Today there was a scene that Y/n had to do that involved a harness and falling off of a cliff that was made for this scene and needless to say that Y/n was SCARED. Nervous and maybe a little excited but definitely scared. After Y/n was done with hair and makeup and had her outfit on, she made her way to set.
As she got to set and started talking with Rick about the scene. He gave her some advice but honestly it didn't help. But of course, she put on a brave face and acted like it did. Walker could easily sense Y/n's nerves though, "Hey Y/n you're gonna do great," he said. "Who said I wasn't?" Y/n said in a panicked tone. "No one, but let's be real, you're my best friend. I know you. And I know what you're thinking," Walker said squeezing her shoulders in reassurance, "just take deep breaths, you'll do great."
But little did he know what was really going to happen...
"And action!"
"Percy please! I have to be the one to do this!" Eleni, Y/n's character said. "No Eleni! There's no way I'm letting you do this!" Percy, Walkers character said. "I have to! I'll be okay, I promise!" Y/n said. "I can't Eleni, I care about you too much," Walker said, eyes tearing up. "Percy... please just trust me on this," Y/n said with a shaky voice. Walker saw the genuine look in her eyes, so he said "Okay."
With that Y/n jumped off the prop, with the harness on. But as she jumped off, she had a weird feeling and so she quickly grabbed the hook of the wire that was holding the harness and her feeling was proven correct as the harness broke off the wire. Y/n let out a yelp of terror and instantly Walker knew something was off.
"Someone get me the fuck off of this!" Y/n shouted through tears. "Y/n that's not your line," the director said obliviously. "I know it's not my line! I'm actually going die right now! The fucking harness broke!" Y/n shouted holding on by the wire, normally she doesn't cuss but she was currently dangling like 27 feet over the hard floor.
Everyone in the room started frantically trying to save the girl. Walker was panicking as well and tried his best to calm the girl down. He could tell she was on the verge of a panic attack. "Y/n it'll be okay, we are going to help you. Someone is going to help you soon just please hang on." Walker said. "Not like I can do anything else!" she shouted, at this point she was sobbing but could you blame her? Walker knew she didn't mean to shout at him, but she was just stressed.
Not long after, they brought in a crane elevator thing(?). They safely rescued Y/n but she unfortunately got rope burn from the wire. Walker was waiting on the floor for her to be brought down and when she was, she immediately ran to her trailer.
Upon entering, she felt like she couldn't breathe. She felt like she was suffocating, she felt trapped. Walker had ran after her and found her, and he knew. He knew what was happening.
"Y/n breathe. I know it's hard, but it's okay. I'm here. You're okay, it's over. You're safe. I'm here, it's okay," Walker said, trying his best to help. Y/n shook her head and shook her hands. "No I can't- I can't-," Y/n tried to say, but it was like she forgot everything.
Walker so desperately wished he could help her but he seemed useless at that point. Suddenly he had an idea. He gently grabbed her face and pressed his lips against hers. He pulled away when he knew she'd calmed down. They both looked flustered, their cheeks tinted pink.
Walker noticed her shocked expression, he quickly started to defend himself. "I read somewhere that holding your breath stops panic attacks," he explained. Y/n's face fell. She'd hoped that there was another reason for the kiss. "Also, I might have a crush on you," Walker said sheepishly. "Well you're in luck," Y/n said with a grin, "because I might have a crush on you too,"
"Really? I was not expecting tha-," Walker was cut off when Y/n kissed him again. the end.
