Soulmate Universe Explanation
Every soulmate story is different but in this story, a soulmate's mark is their initials.
You first get the initials at age 18, and when you touch or make contact with your soulmate your eyes turn a different color (could be any color)
If you don't find your soulmate, the initials will turn into their full name by the time you turn 20, but all your soulmates have to be 20 or you won't know their names.
Soulmates require a lot of contact to form a soul bond when they first meet so that they don't weaken and become sick. Surgery could be done to remove a soul mark.
