Author POV
As usual, Yoongi got up from his sleep, took a cold shower and got dressed to go to work
He fixed his tie and adjusted his hairs according to his liking. He admired him in the mirror and looked satisfied
He went down to have his breakfast. He sat down on the dinner table and his breakfast was immediately served, hot
Yoongi's personal bodyguard was standing behind him, he called out to him
"Paul", he said in his usual monotonous voice
"Yes, boss", said Paul. He came and stood infront of Yoongi on the other side of the dinner table
"I want to meet Maeve, right now", he demanded
"Ah! Boss. I have to inform you this, the men's we sent yesterday to get Maeve haven't returned yet", Paul sounded scared
"What". Yoongi stopped eating and placed his fork down
Yoongi looked towards Paul who had his head hanging low, staring at the floor
"Why didn't you inform me about this earlier huh", Yoongi looked calm but his voice sounded threatening
"S-Sir you were s-sleeping and we didn't want to d-disturbe you", Paul replied
"DAMN IT!". In anger, Yoongi throwed his plate which landed on the floor and broke into big pieces. He got up from his chair and before leaving he said
"Find the guards that I send before evening. YOU ALL GET THAT", he shouted
"Y-Yes boss", they said in a shaky voice
The moment Yoongi went out of the dinning room, Paul shouted
"Get the cars ready immediately, we have to search for them"
Everyone got to work. Five cars in total went out of the mansion to search for the missing bodyguards
They went to the place where the business party was held at, because that was the place where they went to pick Maeve up. Maybe they can find some clues that can help them find those missing bodyguards
They reached their destination. Paul got out of the car while the others stood in a line wating for his order
"Mason, Harley and Winston, you three come with me to check inside, and the rest of you spread around and go a little further to check if there are any signs of them. Inform us using the walkie talkie if you happen to find them"
As soon as he finished talking, everyone went to do the work assigned to them
Paul, Mason, Harley and Winston went inside the mansion where the party was held. They took out their guns and carefully entered inside
The rest stayed outside and went in different directions to search for the bodyguards
It's was almost dark, they have been searching for the bodyguards for a very long time now. They all had almost lost hope of finding them
As they were searching for the bodyguards outside the mansion. At a distance they spotted some people on the ground unconscious
"Inform Paul, NOW", one of them screamed
They informed Paul about what they just saw and they came out of the mansion immediately.
Paul and the others reached where they have been told to come. They stopped running once they saw the bodyguards that were sent to bring Maeve, laying on the ground
"Carry them and throw them in the back of our cars", Paul ordered
They did what he said and carried those unconscious bodyguards on their shoulders and throwed them in the back of their car like a sack of potatoes
Paul immediately called Yoongi to inform him
After a few rings he picked up the call
'Speak up', Yoongi said in his usual cold voice
'Boss, we have found those bodyguards', Paul said feeling a little proud
'Good. Bring them to my mansion and tie them up in my basement. I will be arriving shortly after'
Yoongi said and cut the call
Paul and the others drove back to the mansion
Upon arriving, Paul got out of the car and ordered others to carry those unconscious men and tie them up in the basement
They did what they have been ordered to do
Paul waited outside the mansion for Yoongi to arrive. After waiting for around twenty minutes, a car pulled up and Yoongi came out of that car
Paul straightened himself and greeted Yoongi
"Good evening, boss"
"Good evening. Follow me"
Paul followed Yoongi and they arrived at the door of the basement
Paul reached out his hand and opened the door. Yoongi walked down the stairs that lead to the basement, followed by Paul
They reached the bottom. Another door was there. Paul again reached out and opened the door. Yoongi walked in first, followed by Paul. They were now in the basement
All the bodyguards that were assigned to take Maeve with them were tied up, still unconscious
Paul bought a chair and placed it down for Yoongi to sit on. Yoongi crossed his one leg over the other and sat comfortably
"Are they unconscious or are they sleeping?", Yoongi asked
"They have gained their consciousness and they are currently sleeping", Paul said
"Bring boiling hot water and pour it on them to wake them up", Yoongi ordered
They did what they were told to do. They bought boiling hot water and poured it onto the bodyguards that were sleeping soundly
Painful screams of them echoed inside the basement as their skin turned red
"Since you all awake now, I would like it if you all answer my question", Yoongi said in a monotonous voice.
The screams immediately died down as their hearts dropped to their stomach. They all knew that their death is awaiting them
If they lie, then they are going to die. If they tell the truth, then they are going to die. If they beg him to let them live, then they are again going to die
No matter what they choose to do, they are going to die. There is no way to escape their death
"What happened last night when you all went to pick Maeve up", Yoongi asked
