Third person POV
The boss was going to say something but was interpreted in the middle by the sound of his phone ringing. Looking at the caller id, a smirk immediately formed on his face. He turned his back towards Maeve and went in a dark corner to attend the call

'Hello?', a voice asked through the phone, it sounded like it belongs to a female, and it was barely over a whisper but still audible if you were listening carefully

'What's up Jia', The boss said while smirking. 'How long do I have to do all this for?', Jia said, while her voice cracked. 'For how long do I have to keep bullying Maeve?'

The boss remained silent for a few seconds before saying. 'No need to do bully her anymore, your work is done', he said in a rather monotone voice

Jia on the other line sighed in relief. 'But', she said. 'What now?', the boss was now starting to get irritated

'But Yoongi why were you telling me to bully her?, even tho I was angry at her in the past but it was my boyfriend's fault', jia said. 'Don't you dare ever again call me by my name', Yoongi exclaimed angrily while gritting his teeths

'And to answer your question, let's just keep it a secret', Yoongi said, and immediately cut the call before Jia could say anything further

Yoongi turned around and went towards Maeve, grabbing her jaw tightly, making her look straight into his cold eyes

°Listen up there you little rat, only if I didn't have any purpose of abducting you, you would be having a bullet pierced through this little head of yours°

Saying this Yoongi harshly let go of Maeve's jaw, which made her head turn sideways. Maeve was internally mocking Yoongi. Yoongi went towards Taehyung and whispered something before leaving the room, not sparing a single glance at Maeve

When everyone has left the room, Taehyung walked towards Maeve and started loosening up the ropes around her hands and ankles

°Follow me°, said Taehyung, and started walking ahead of Maeve. She quietly followed behind him without uttering a single question

As they went upstairs and upstairs, and from hallways to hallways. The seemingly never ending corridors and stairs finally came to an end, as they stood infront of a brown coloured oak door with a golden handle attached to it

Taehyung slides the door open and walked inside while Maeve did the same and closed the door. The room was not as lavish like how the whole house was decorated, but yet, it was still pleasing to stay inside of the room

It has the walls painted white, with a queen sized bed in the middle decorated with lamps and dim lights to lighten up the room. With a closet and two small tables on each side of the bed, the room was finished with a window in the middle of the room, that gave a nice view of the nature, but sadly enough, it was locked, not allowing any fresh air to seep inside

A clicking sound echoed inside the muted room, which made Taehyung turn his head back, to see Maeve standing with her back facing the door and her fingers around the door knob. Her silender finger slowly slipped off the knob and then rested on her hips

Without saying anything Maeve went towards the bed and sat down comfortably, while Taehyung quietly watched her every move

°Any news coming up?, Or any new discoveries?°, Maeve said, breaking the silence between them. °Not quite much, but I heard Yoongi discussing about using you to spy on and kill Andrew, and later steal his important documents°

°Ofcourse he would be thinking about using me, otherwise why would he even kidnap me in the first place°, Maeve rolled her eyes thinking about Yoongi and his sick desires. To be the top 1 most powerful and fearful and dangerous

'But I, Maeve William, will not let his wishes come true, not at all cost', I thought, as a sinister smile made its way to my face

°I know what you are thinking, Maeve. But you look really scary so just stop with that smile of yours°, Taehyung said, feeling uneasy

°Why are you scared little bear°, Maeve stood up from the bed and took slow and steady steps towards Taehyung with that smile

Seeing this the already scared Taehyung ran out of the room, while Maeve was laughing like a crazy psycho who again succeeded in ditching the police

Maeve shook her head and headed towards the bathroom to freshen up

'Looks like I would be really busy from tomorrow onwards, so why not take a rest for today, after all that acting I had done'

After the cold shower, Maeve walked out of the bathroom wearing a black coloured bathrobe. She eyes landed on the fresh pair of clothes laying on the bed, neatly folded. And then on the breakfast set on one of the side table

She took the clothes and wore them. It was a oversized white tshirt paired with black sweatpants

Maeve sat on the bed and enjoyed her breakfast, which consisted of some pancakes with honey dipping down, a sunnyside egg and a toasted bread with some butter

The serving was done really beautifully, which made it look really appetizing and delicious

'It doesn't feel like I have been kidnapped, maybe he just wants me to enjoy now and then kill me after his work is done', Maeve talked to herself while eating and didn't even notice when the food was over

She sigh to herself before placing the food tray on the table and laying down on the soft mattress comfortably

°Dealing with that maniac was really energy draining, but it felt good to insult him knowing that he couldn't do anything except for threatening°

Saying this, Maeve closed her eyes and after a few minutes of laying, darkness slowly took over her and she went into a deep slumber

It's been a really really really really long time since I uploaded. Like can you believe it, it's been like a month. But after fighting my laziness I finally did update

But seriously, my life is getting busier and busier like everyone else. Since I am in a higher grade I need to study hard because this will decide my future and plus to add all that up, I would be having tests evey single week

But don't worry there would still be a weekly update. I promise

But if I don't update then please understand that I am busy
