Chapter 5 - Picture Perfect

"I know and you don't have to apologize, I'm glad that you all care so much about me. I know you'd never let me just fade away and be alone in my head. I love you brother and nothing will ever change that" He smiled.

We headed downstairs, to find it empty and a note;

Gone on a shout. See you in a bit, we'll bring lunch back.

I flicked the TV on and slouched on the sofa, Tayte joined me handing me a can,

"Thanks" I really debated on telling him about the phone call, I mean he was my brother and I loved him, because when Noah lied to us all I was so pissed and I know if they find out they all will be too. This is different though, I mean, lives weren't at stake when Noah lied to us, but now there is and I don't want anything to happen to my brothers and sister.

Disaster is only meant to strike once, but somehow I knew that disaster was going to be something very present in our travels around the world.

"What's on your mind?" Tayte asked. It is honestly scary how much he knows me.

"If I say nothing..." I trailed off,

"I'll think you're lying" he answered, I smiled,

"Just getting my head around what's coming up" I lied, hoping I sounded convincing, he gave me a look, but didn't press,

"It'll be fun" He said, "Visiting the different countries"

"It's just a pity, the reason we are doing that"

Arii, Noah and Angelo came through the door together at 1.30pm.

"Hello" Noah hollered,

"No one's in" I called back, I heard them all laugh.

"We'll come back later then" Noah replied, as they all appeared,

"You two look comfy" Arii said,

"How were your friends?" Tayte asked,

"Good thanks. I just told them we were going back to England for a couple of weeks"

"Arii, you could have told them whatever you wanted, it doesn't bother us" I said,

"I may not be able to trust them" She answered, Tayte pulled her onto his lap,

"They are your friends, of course you can trust them" Tayte told her,

"But..."

"No buts"

We all lounged around watching TV until Angelo got up with Noah to cook dinner,

"Do you want any help?" I asked, beginning to sit up,

"No, sit your pretty ass down" They both hollered back, but I got up anyway, I hated being able to do nothing.

"They'll beat you if you go in there" Tayte said,

"I'm not going in there" Just as I headed out of the sitting room the doorbell rang; I went to the door and opened it to reveal 2 men in suits.

Here we go,

"Are you Keane Linkoln?"

"Yes and who are you? FBI, CIA, Homeland security, or any other organization us everyday people don't know about" They looked a little taken aback by my answer,

"We are with the CIA and we have Intel to believe that you are leaving the country"

"We're going to England to visit family for a couple of weeks" I said, as Tayte came up behind me,
