In the bustling rhythm of the café, weariness clung to me like a shadow, a silent testament to the relentless juggle of studies and work. Jimin, the ever-observant friend, couldn't help but notice.

"Yn, you seem tired and stressed. What's going on?"

I sighed, opening up about the challenges of managing both studies and work, a burden that had become increasingly heavy.

"It's been difficult, you know? Balancing everything is taking a toll on me," I admitted.

Jimin, his concern genuine, suggested a much-needed break.

"Yn, you can take a break. It's important to take care of yourself," he insisted.

Despite his caring words, I brushed off the idea, insisting that I was alright, immersing myself once more in the tasks at hand.

Later, as the night unfolded, I noticed Mr. Min preparing to leave. To my surprise, he approached us.

"Hey, Yn, Jimin. I have to leave early today," he stated, handing the keys to Jimin. He looked directly into my eyes and, with unexpected warmth, added:

"Close the café after you're done. See you guys tomorrow."

It was the first time I witnessed a smile on his face, a rare moment that left me momentarily stunned.

Jimin, ever playful, nudged me with a teasing grin.

"Looks like Mr. Min is in a good mood today. Maybe the world is ending," he teased.

I couldn't help but chuckle, finding solace in Jimin's light-hearted banter.

As the night progressed, hours slipped away, and with our tasks completed, Jimin and I locked up the café. The keys, now in Jimin's hands, signaled the end of the workday.

"Yn, let's go for that walk in the park. It'll help you unwind," Jimin suggested.

Agreeing to his suggestion, I welcomed the idea of a break

As we stepped out into the cool night air, the city's lively hum gradually gave way to a quieter ambiance. Jimin and I made our way to the nearby park, its shadows casting a soothing embrace.

"Jimin, thanks for suggesting this. I really needed a break," I expressed, the weight of the day slowly lifting.

He smiled warmly, "Of course, Yn. Sometimes, a little break can make a big difference."

As Jimin and I strolled through the park, the scent of street food beckoned us towards a charming ice cream stand. Jimin's eyes lit up with mischief as he proposed, "Yn, how about some ice cream to sweeten up our night?"

Grinning, I agreed, and we each grabbed a cone, indulging in the cold, sweet delight as we continued our walk. The park's serenity paired perfectly with the joyous chatter that defined our newfound friendship.

Between bites of ice cream, Jimin kept the conversation lively, sharing anecdotes that had us both laughing. It was remarkable how, in just a week, our connection had deepened, forming the foundation of a genuine friendship.

In the midst of our banter, Jimin playfully broached the topic of Mr. Min. "Yn, do you think Mr. Min ever laughs or smiles like a normal person?" he teased, a mischievous glint in his eyes.

I chuckled, recalling the surprising sight of Mr. Min's smile earlier that evening. "Believe it or not, I actually saw him smile today. It was the first time," I shared.

Jimin's eyes widened dramatically, feigning shock. "No way! The mysterious Mr. Min smiled? This is a momentous occasion!"

Our laughter echoed through the park, blending seamlessly with the ambient sounds of the night. Amidst the shared joy, the teasing about Mr. Min became a lighthearted motif in our conversation, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and ease.

Yoongi POV

Leaving the cafe behind, I found myself in the nearby park, waiting for the man we intended to deal with. To my surprise, I spotted Yn and Jimin there. A surge of unexpected emotions hit me. What were they doing in the park together? Are they dating?

Unable to bear the thought of Jimin being close to Yn, my anger boiled within me. I kicked the wall in front of me, frustration coursing through my veins. Controlling the surge of emotions proved challenging.

Observing Yn and Jimin leaving the park, my mind raced with thoughts I couldn't shake. My gaze followed them until they were out of sight, leaving me alone with my tumultuous feelings.

Turning my attention back to the task at hand, my guards had successfully apprehended the man we were after. It was an unplanned move, but in a moment of impulsive decision, I took my gun and fired three shots into the man's head. The silent park masked the sound, ensuring no one noticed the grim act.

Instructing my guards to dispose of the body discreetly, I reminded them to follow Yn discreetly. As the shadows of the night enveloped the park, I found myself navigating the complexities of my dual existence - one where darkness and danger were routine, and the other where unexpected emotions stirred beneath the surface.
