As I finished my shift at the cafe, Jimin flashed a bright smile, "See you tomorrow, Yn! We make a great team!" I laughed, "Absolutely, Jimin! Looking forward to it!"

Heading home, I received a call from my parents in India. Amidst discussing my studies and part-time work, my two mischievous brothers jumped in, "Hey, Yn, got any hot Korean admirers?"

I rolled my eyes, "Oh, please! No one here can match the charm of your sister." Laughter erupted on the other end of the call as my brothers teased, "Sounds like she's got it all under control!"

During our call, my elder brother inquired, "Yn, have you been eating well?" His concern touched me, and he insisted, "If you ever need anything, just ask me for money. I don't want you working part-time."

I chuckled, "You know I want to be independent, Bro I can't rely on you forever." Despite their worries, my family respects my choices. It's a constant push and pull between their protectiveness and my desire for independence.

Finishing up my call with my family, I couldn't help but reflect on their overprotective nature. I love my family, especially my brothers. They adore me more than I can express, and their constant attempts to keep me in India prove it. They've hatched numerous plans to make me stay, but my stubbornness led me to Korea.

As I lay in my apartment after dinner with my parents, thoughts of Y/n, the mysterious girl from the cafe, continued to occupy my mind. Despite my reservations about involving others in my dangerous world, the intrigue surrounding her was undeniable.

My phone buzzed, signaling a call from my guards. "Sir, we've compiled the details on Y/n," one of them reported. Curiosity getting the better of me, I instructed, "Send it over."

As I opened the file, I discovered a wealth of information about Y/n. "Y/n, 19, from India, on a scholarship to study," I mused. However, a particular detail caught my attention. "From a millionaire family? Why is she working at my cafe?" I queried.

The guards clarified, "Boss, she wants to be independent. She doesn't take a single rupee from her family. Additionally, she's a book writer on Wattpad, earning her own keep."

A smirk played on my lips. "An independent, wealthy author working at my cafe," I repeated, absorbing the complexity of Y/n's character. "Monitor her activities discreetly. I want a comprehensive understanding of her daily life," I directed, My curiosity about Y/n was growing, each detail adding to my eagerness to unravel more about her.

A week flew by, filled with the hustle of managing studies and my part-time job. Jimin and I had become good friends; he shared insights on customer handling and the art of making coffee. During this time, I noticed Mr. Min's cold and reserved demeanor - a man who rarely smiled.

As I wrapped up work for the day and started my journey home, a lingering feeling of being followed unsettled me. I tried to convince myself it was just my imagination playing tricks. However, as I entered a quiet street, someone forcefully pushed me against the wall.

I faced a group of individuals wearing hoodies and face masks. Perplexed, I questioned, "Who are you ?" The masks came off, revealing the boys I had bitten weeks ago. To my shock, they were accompanied by ten more.

"What are you all doing here?" I shouted, bewildered. Two boys restrained my hands, and I struggled to free myself, attempting to push and kick them away.

The person in front, recalling the public biting incident, laughed, "You made a mistake by doing that in public. Do you have any idea how embarrassed we were? This is your punishment." As he approached, I summoned all my strength to push him back, while the others laughed at my predicament.

Fear gripped me, but I couldn't show it on my face. As he drew closer, I took a deep breath, preparing for whatever was to come.

Suddenly, the atmosphere shifted. The laughter of the boys was cut short, replaced by a puzzled silence. It was then that Yoongi's voice pierced through the tension like a commanding melody.

"Enough," he declared, his presence casting an imposing shadow in the dimly lit alley. The boys, distracted by his arrival, loosened their grip on me, unsure of how to react.

Seizing the opportunity, I unleashed a flurry of calculated moves, surprising them with a sudden burst of agility. The element of surprise worked in my favor as I dodged, kicked, and countered their advances. The once-confident group now stumbled over each other, their arrogance replaced by confusion.

In the midst of the chaos, I noticed
Mr min lingering in the shadows, his watchful eyes carefully observing the unfolding drama. His mere presence seemed to amplify my resolve, infusing me with an unspoken strength.

With each precise strike, I took down one after another, the alley transforming into a battleground of unpredictability. The boys, caught off guard, grappled with the unexpected resistance they encountered.

Breathing heavily, I stood victorious amid the fallen adversaries, my determination undiminished. The fight had been fueled by my resolve to stand my ground, and now, it seemed, they had learned their lesson.

As the boys scrambled to leave, their tough façade replaced by a mix of fear and regret, I couldn't help but revel in the irony of the situation. The once-arrogant gang now pleaded, "Nona, nona, we won't do that again! Please, let us go!"

Their pleas didn't fall on deaf ears. Pausing, I contemplated their sincerity. With a mischievous grin, I teased, "Alright, alright. But remember, mess with me again, and you'll regret it." They nodded vigorously, promising to never cross paths in the wrong way.
