Olivia has never hated the airport until now. Usually she didn't mind, but now, driving early to the airport to drop Oscar off, that was sad.

She didn't like being sad this early, she was pretty much a morning person but then again when it came to saying goodbye, it didn't matter that it was morning or she got her cup of coffee already, she hated them.

Especially now that it was Oscar.

He felt it, he knew she was sad but he can't do anything about it. He knew no matter how many times he will crack a joke or make a silly face, the sadness will stay. From the short amount of time knowing Olivia Flores, if she is sad, then she is sad.

They reached the airport, but for privacy reasons, Oscar had advised the girl to drop him off at the parking garage. She was hesitant, wanting to see him before he could go on the plane but then again, she wasn't able to do that because he would be spotted.

It was lucky that no one really spotted them in the summer break.

Oscar sighed and opened his palm, offering it to her. Glancing at him, she frowned, "Oscy..." she muttered. He smiled, "It's okay-"

"Be safe." She cut him off. He was caught off guard. The days that they had met, she never really said that to him. "Of course I will."

"Seryoso ako Oscar. I saw clips of crashes in F1, clips of you almost crashing. I-I don't want that to happen. Not when I'm not there to make sure you'll be okay." She said.
(Translation: "I'm serious Oscar...")

Oscar couldn't help but smile, she had accepted his hand and was squeezing it tight. "I am. I try to anyways." He said. "Please try harder." She whispered.

He pulled her closer to him, their faces close to each other. The air inside the car got warmer, "I'll be safe until I'm sure you're there to see that I'll be okay."

Before saying goodbye, Olivia reached for something at the back seat. It was a small bag and when Oscar accepted it, it felt like a Tupperware. "Just something I cooked up last night."

He furrowed his eyebrows, "Last night? I thought you went to sleep early last night?" he asked suspiciously. She smiled sheepishly at him, "I did. But I woke up and couldn't sleep so I made you some snacks. You can share them or keep them to yourself. But I don't want to be scolded by your trainer."

Oscar chuckled, clearly she was listening to his stories about his work. "I'll share-wait, what are they- puto?!" he said excitedly as he peeked inside the bag. She chuckled and nodded, "Yeah. I'm glad you're excited."

He smiled at her, "I'm always excited when it's you."

The two exited the car, Olivia helped him get his luggage out from the back. He walked to her, she biting her lip and he chuckled, "I'll be safe I promise."

"Okay. Good."

The two didn't want to say good bye so Oscar did something she would do with his Ate Ange and Logan, "I will see you later Livie."

She smiled, one that reached her eyes. She was glad that Oscar didn't say goodbye. She felt like she would cry if he did.

"I'll see you later Oscy."

He was walking away when Olivia realized she wanted to do something before he left. So, she called out to him, he turned to her in confusion.

But with a determined mind and fast beating heart, she ran to him and wrapped her arms around his neck. He was stunned at first, having her nuzzle her face on the crook of his neck.

He felt her sigh, "I'll miss you Oscar."

He can't help but smile, "I'll miss you too Liv."

They pulled apart and he cupped her face, "Will you come watch me soon?" he asked hopefully. She smiled and placed her hands over his, "After graduation. I promise."
