Unexpected love

As soon as Shubman entered his room, he went to take shower since he was all sweaty. He quickly showered and dressed up. He mind was still recalling what you told him earlier.

He felt frustrated. He needed to clear his mind. He did the only thing he could think of.

Shubman - Hey. What's up?

Sara - Hii. Nothing much. What about you?

Shubman - Just came from the practice.

Sara - Oh cool.

Shubman - Yaa. So I wanted to talk about something. Are you free this evening?

Sara - Umm yaa. I am.

Shubman - Great. Lets meet up. I'll text you the place and timing.

Sara - Ok sure.

Shubman - Cool.

With this there chat ended.

Even tho he was meeting Sara (the person he always got so hyped up for) he wasn't exactly excited. He threw his phone on the bed. He wasn't in a mood to do anything. He just laid on the bed staring at nothing in particular. Suddenly his phone rang. He picked up without looking at the name.

In call...

Shubman - Hello? Who is it?

You - Are you blind or something? I am your one and only bestie.

Shubman - Oh yeah. What?

You - What what? Where are you? Weren't you supposed to have lunch?

Shubman checked the time which was showing 2:30 pm.

Shubman - I am not in the mood of eating.

You - Screw your mood, its made in China. Shut up and come to eat now.

Shubman - Ahh stop bossing around.

You - Stop whining like a baby and come down in 5 minutes or else remember the photo...

Shubman - Ahh stop. I am coming.

You - The clock is ticking.

Shubman - You blackmailer. I hate you.

You - Love you too darling.

The call ended

Shubman smiles to himself and quickly goes down to have his lunch.

Down in the dining room, both of you were chatting and laughing and the mood lightened. He told you about his chat with Sara earlier. Maybe, just maybe you felt jealous listening about his meetup plan but you didn't show it. You wanted to support you bestfriend and be happy for him. So you encouraged him. After the lunch, both of you left for your rooms to prepare for your awaited dates with your ( hopefully ) soon to be partners.

So much excitement in the air and so much to unfold....
