Whittmore College,
Christopher's POV:

'Hello life, I hate you.

I am so sick of any words contributing to death. It's been four days since I lost my sister, or more accurately four days since I've known about my sisters death.

And so here I am back at college. Studying and goes to my lessons, acting as if my entire family has died or become some sort of supernatural entity.

I know she would want me to be moving on but, how can I? My own twin who technically I'm a whole summer older than now.

I envy Stefan right now, he can't even remember her and therefore has nothing to mourn like me and people like Elena and Caroline.

Well, Caroline's been mourning in her own way if you count mourning as jumping on your boyfriend in your shared dorm room any chance you get.

Elena, to distract herself, has adopted her own methods to stop herself crying. She has been investing one of the college professors; Dr Wes Maxfield, who teaches Applied Microbiology.

Something that I could go into in my next year if I would like, as long as he's found to not be a supernatural murderer.

And as for me, I want to understand myself more. And find out why all these dead people think they know me more than myself, like when Qetsiyah warned me not to cross to the Other Side as a load of witches would have it out for me, but to also be aware in my living life as people want to hurt me here to.

But at least if I'm being hurt then it takes my mind off of my sister no longer being here.'

She explained that when her parents died it helped her to write down how she felt and thought he should give it a go

But for now all that was in Chris' book was feelings of annoyance, hatred and sometimes hunger if he was writing in the middle of the day

"Don't worry. I'm right here, Chris" Bonnie said as she placed her hand on his shoulder which he could not feel, sort of

'I like to believe that she's watching over me. No, she is. It's who she is. She's probably walking around with Grams telling me what questions I'm getting wrong in my assignments"

Chris' phone then began to ring and he saw that it was Elena, he closed his book and contemplated whether to answer or not. His finger hovered over the decline button and he eventually pressed it then put his phone down "Ha, caught you!" Elena came up from behind him and jumped on the stone fountain to sit beside him
