Mikaelson Mansion,
3rd Person:

The next day after the ball the Mikaelson Siblings, besides Rebekah, were in their house together. Elijah was examining a table which looked like it had been used for a spell, making him more suspicious of his mother. He picked up some already burnt sage and looked at it with scrunched eyebrows, wondering what she would have to hide from them

Elijah then stopped looking when he heard Kols excited voice "Well, well, well. There's our girl" Rebekah shame walked into the living room holding her shoes in her hand

She tried to quickly walk past Kol and Klaus not wanting to deal with them but Kol didn't let that happen as he side stepped towards his sister and blocked her path twice "Get out of my way, Kol!"

Klaus, who was laying across the couch, looked up from the picture he was drawing without moving his head to pretend he wasn't njoying this spat

"Out all night. What a scandal. I trust you did better than that commoner. Matt, was it?" He annoyingly pushed his sisters tolerance with an extra big smirk

Rebekah looked him dead in the eye and threatened "If you don't shut your mouth, the next thing to come out of it will be your teeth" Klaus behind Kol, in Rebekahs line of sight, smiled amusingly "Don't start, Nik" Rebekah whined when she looked at him clearly enjoying this. Rebekah shoved Kol out the way and walked to the couch Klaus is lying on

After being shoved, Kol went and hopped onto the couch on the opposite side of the room to Klaus, in a huff he layed down across it like his brother was and groaned "I'm bored. Our sister is a strumpet" Rebekah flashed look of annoyance towards Kol "But at least she's having fun. I need entertainment"

Klaus sat up and looked up from his drawing "What are you waiting for, have at it. Isn't your boyfriend available, go and annoy him instead" He snorter thinking himself amusing

"Don't be jealous Klaus. And I tried, he's busy" Kol whined in disappointment

"Maybe your just not as interesting as you think you are and he hates you" Rebekah said to annoy him

Kol thought back to the previous night at the ball "Haha, I very much doubt that. I could tell he very much liked my charms. He came and looked after me and everything. What did he do for you? Nothing. Is that why you sulked around that blonde girl instead?" Kol gave a snide remark towards Klaus

Klaus became internally annoyed at his brother shooting shots at him which he didn't like very much "If I wanted to, I could easily be more charming than you" He argues back

Rebekah huffed and intervened the conversation which looked to be turning into an argument "Would you two stop acting like children? Chris is more than capable of choosing what he wants himself. Elijah told me about how his magic held off two of you when you tried hurting the Salvatores. So I'm sure he'd be able to handle you both"

Klaus and Kol thought to themselves and knew she was correct but didn't say anything on the matter. Even though they disagree on everything the one thing they have in common was definitely their ego "Could you leave already" Rebekah tried to hurry them out the house

"Yes let go Nik. Join me" Kol sat up and tilted his head towards Klaus, faking innocence "It's the least you can do after sticking a dagger in my heart"

"Would you rather not go alone?" Klaus offered but Kols look shown he wasn't going to do that. He threw his drawing pad onto the table beside him and jumped up off the couch "Okay, why not?" Kol smirked at the way he got what he wanted "I didn't have nearly enough to drink last night with you trying to murder Rebekah's date and stuff" Klaus walked towards the front door and Kol followed him
