Book 1 of my Bennett Supernatural story... rewritten/updated
This is an updated rewrite of my TVD story, Bennett Witches. So bare with me if they're slower than normal as I will be adding things and making the chapters longer~
Christopher Chris' Ben...
After failing to create his hybrids, Klaus took Stefan and Chris to Chicago to see an old witch friend of his that could try to help him discover why the hybrids keep dying
Chris and Stefan knew why, the doppelganger was still alive which they were trying to stop Klaus from finding out. Even though Chris was a witch Klaus thought he was holding out on him, which he was to protect Elena
Klaus took them to a bar where the witch; Gloria, worked. Gloria walked out of a back room to spot two familiar faces "You gotta be kidding me"
"So a hybrid walks into a bar, says to the bartender-" Klaus tried to make a joke, only to get intetupted by the old witch
"Stop. You may be invincible, but that doesn't make you funny" She walks close and sees Stefan "I remember you" Then looked towards Chris "I don't know you though"
Stefan moves closer "Your Gloria" She hums at him and nods
"The witch?" Chris asked making her nod at him. Witches have a sense to spot other supernaturals, so Chris reckoned she saw that about him
Stefan looked at her confused "Shouldn't you be-?"
Gloria interrupted him "Old and dead? Now if I die, who's gonna run this place, huh?
"Gloria's a very powerful witch. You could learn a little something from her" Klaus whispered to Chris
"I can slow the aging down some. Herbs and spells"
Chris looked at her with interested "Wow, we can do that?"
She laughed a little and nodded, gesturing to herself as proof "Yeah but be warned, it will catch up to me one day"
Klaus sat down with Gloria and asked her what he was doing wrong. To know she would need to contact the witch who created the spell, who Klaus informed was dead. Gloria told him that she would need Rebekahs help
"Rebekah" Klaus chuckled then rolled his head generating a sigh "Rebekah is a bit preoccupied"
"She has what I need. Bring her to me" Gloria demanded
"What is this?" Chris asked Stefan from behind the bar gaining the attention of Klaus. He picked off a picture from the wall, a picture of Klaus and Stefan with their arm around one another looking to be friends

"I don't remember" Stefan told Chris
"I told you, Stefan. Chicagos a magical place" Klaus walked to them and picked the picture from Chris' hand, then turned it back to him "Told you I'm not all bad. Now we have things to do"
Klaus walked off out the building with Stefan wanting to follow, Chris followed him since Stefan looked to be getting heated. Klaus took them to a storage facility which was the now location for his coffins
