Isabella's POV

"Where the fuck is my lighter?" I mumble as I walk out of my closet

"I have your lighter." I hear my girlfriend say from behind me so I turn around and lay eyes on my Blakey.

"You made it

"You made it." I say with a smile as I walk to Blake.

"Like I'd miss seeing you record." Blake says as I get to her then I wrap my arms around her and kiss the most beautiful woman to ever exist.

"Hi Beautiful." I say. "You feeling okay?"

"Mhmm." Blake says with a smile. "Could use some dick or fingers later, but I'm good for now."

"Oh that can definitely be arranged." I say.

"Ooh." Blake says then she holds up my lighter.

"Thank you." I say as I grab the lighter then I step back and light up my joint.

After I light my joint I take a hit of it.

"Do you always smoke joints?" Blake asks.

"Yeah." I say. "Blunt paper makes me feel funny."

"Ah." Blake says. "Is it bad today?"

"It's bad everyday."

"I'm sorry."

I shrug then Blake grabs my hand and leads me and Waffles out of my room, downstairs, and to my home's recording studio.

Once in my home's recording studio I see my friends, family, and Rangers teammates relaxing and talking to each other.

Only people who aren't here are my brother's, but that's because they are in Philly and West Point respectively.

"You all came." I say with a smile.

"Like we'd miss this." Azura says with a smile.

I smile at everyone then I head into the recording booth to record my feature

The verse I'm recording is for a song that one of my friends from the Bronx is putting out and it's called Brand New.

"It's called Brand New right?" I hear Emma say in the headphones I'm wearing.

"Yeah." I say then I take a hit of my joint.

A couple seconds later the instrumental plays, I wait for my cue, then I start rapping.

Brand new AP in HD
These diamonds be talkin' in they sleep
You know not to test me, like SAT
They pay me like RiRi, A-S-A-P
Hotter than AZ, cool as an AC
Yeah, my diamonds gon' sing, like do-re-mi
Yeah, my diamonds gon' dance, like my girl CE
And I pop two X, that's Dos Equis

Yeah, brand new money, brand new hundreds
Got a bunch of zeros, like a bag of new Funyuns
Brand new phone with a brand new number
On some brand new shit, need a brand new plumber
I'ma be her brand new black cucumber
Love brand new, fat pockets lookin' like love handles
Brand new hoes
Come and snort this Michael Jackson, get a brand new nose, bitch

"Okay what the fuck." I hear Katana say in my headphones after I finish. .

"I told you it was gonna be good." I say.

"Good?" Emma says. "That was fucking great."

"Black cucumber?" I hear Azura say in my headphones.

"No hablo Inglés." I say with a cheeky smile making everyone laugh. "Emma can you click on FF281 and play it."

"Yeah." Emma says.

"FF281?" Blake asks.

"Freestyle Friday Number 281." I say. "I'll record it now then film the video later."

"Ooh." Amara says.

"You've done 281 Freestyle Friday's?" Auston Matthews asks.

"Yeah." I say with a smile. "Ready Emma."

Emma gives me a thumbs up then the instrumental plays so I think for a few seconds about what I'm gonna rap about.

Eventually I figure out something to say so I catch the beat and start rapping.

With every record I be asking the masses to tune your hearts to me
I represent intelligent niggas that grew up harshly
But lately I've been questioning, second guessing, whether or not I've got something to offer since I done eluded poverty
Or has the money watered me down, that truth is hard for me
Like the second time I got cut from the junior varsity
Fightin' back tears, I promised to switch gears
And said to myself "Whatever you do, you won't do it partially"
From this day forward, I move with a new ferocity
Ferrari coupe velocity, a fail proof philosophy
Success is in the effort, so if a nigga tried their hardest
I'm at peace knowing I ain't got it in this group of cards for me
Some people say that I'm running third, they threw the bronze at me
Behind Cole and Dot, yeah, them niggas is superstars to me
Maybe deep down, I'm afraid of my luminosity
So when you see me on red carpets, I'm movin' awkwardly
Posin' all nervous, afraid of the judgement
And the thought of showin' too much of my day is repugnant
I'll be keepin' my kids away from the gaze of the public
Cause these days, it feel like hate is they favorite subject
Fuck it, attitude like a young O'Shea with a AK
Aimed at your brain, violate, and I bust it
I don't play when it come to family, that's one thing I refuse
Pimpin' they kids out for views to just to be in the news
Could never be me, I piss in the celebrity tea
Ain't nobody with me on this record, this is Bella's EP
The tales official, the best nigga breathing, it just failed to hit you
You couldn't tell cause you fell for the bells and whistles
And that's an area I don't excel
I'm from the Bronx where young girls talk grown as hell
That's raw, never saw one person go to Yale
But every nigga that I know done gone to jail
At least once, provin' we the ones police hunt
For the pains, we smoke three blunts the size of tree trunks
Too much hunger, it's no wonder these niggas can't keep up
So saying "Yes" to a feature just means I'm 'bout to eat lunch, bitch
I'm goin' for it, no never shall she punt
I'm the one and you can be sure, speaking of beachfront
I'm kickin' my feet up while I rap this in somewhere tropical
Supposed to be relaxin', this passion makes that impossible, mm

Supposed to be relaxin', this passion makes that impossible

"Those last four don't really make sense since I'm in New York, but oh well." I say as I take the headphones off then I leave the recording booth.

Once I'm out of the booth I see everyone looking at me and some people have their jaws dropped.

"What?" I question.

"Excuse my language Mama and Mommy Salazar." Ezra says. "But what the fuck?"

"What?" I say again then I take another hit of my joint.

"You just came up with all that?" Adelaide asks.

"Yes." I say with a smile. "Yes I did."
