Hongbin’s POV
We were at my place and few minutes before Minhyuk told us that he’s on his way here. I couldn’t help pacing back and forth in the living room.
“Can you stop?” Mino said
“No, I fucking can’t” I said
“What if Jiyong don’t let her go?” I said
“I’m positive he would” Mark said
“Yeah, he wouldn’t want to sacrifice his future” Jin said
“But what if he’s willing? Huh? Then what? I’ll lose her” I said
YB put a hand on my shoulder “It’ll be alright Hongbin, take it easy”
As if on cue, the bell rang and YB walk to the door to get it. Minhyuk went in and close the door behind him quickly and he walk towards us, his face unreadable and I couldn’t take it. I cried because I’m pretty sure we failed our plan. YB sat next to me and rub my back in an effort to calm me down.
“Hongbin?” An angelic voice called out and I snap my head
My eyes widen at the sight before me. My Crystal is standing next to a shocked looking Minhyuk.
I stood up and walk slowly towards her, she opened her arm and I ran, picking her up and twirling her around, causing her to giggle.
“Why are you crying baby?” she said as I put her down
“Yeah man, you scared me there, I thought of pranking you despite Crystal’s protest, that’s why I close the door quickly, so that she won’t get in with me, but then you started crying, it’s scary” Minhyuk said shivering and Crystal laugh
“I’m just worried that Jiyong won’t let you go, but I’m fucking glad he did” I told her with relief
“I know, Oppa is so mean, I told him I don’t want you sad but he still want to do it” she said pouting and I smile down at her
Clearing of throats make us look and Crystal squeal when she saw that the boys are there. She started talking and hugging all of them while I smile. It’s very easy to love that girl.
“She’s such a lovable girl, isn’t she?” I turn to look at Minhyuk
“Yeah, I guess I’m the lucky bastard she fall in love with” I said smiling
“I’m sorry about earlier, I thought it will be funny” he sighed
“I guess the boys are right, you really do love her so much” he said again
“Yeah, I’d die for that girl” I said smiling
“Thanks Minhyuk” I said again looking at him
“You can call me hyung if you want” he said
“You’re gonna be with Crystal after all, you’re practically my brother now” he continued
My eyes widen “Thanks, hyung”
A squealing snap our head to Crystal and she practically bounce my way and hug me
“Teddy bear” she murmur and I chuckle
“Are you tired?” I ask, kissing the top of her head
She shook her head and look to Minhyuk
“Oppa, you’re staying right?” she asked with a pout
He chuckle, messing with her hair “Yeah, for a month, but I’m going back after” he said
