A sudden clap followed the mallet's connected attack that screamed, "That's enough!" Despite Tedashii not being the target for the girl's attack, Tedashii was still struck by a phenomenal vacuum of vibrating waves. It wasn't just some transparent big Mallet, but a talking one at that. A very loud one.
"What the hell?!!" Tedashii panicked, hopping away like a kid that spotted a snake in the backyard for the first time. He used the two remaining security bots to orbit the girl with headphones, carefully spacing away from her reach. This tactic seemed effective as her swings missed afterwards.
The wavy hair delinquent hacker quickly called them back to his front line defense.
The fireflight might have been destroyed but he still had the UVA HERO III droid above himself like a sort of halo. He just had to clear his thoughts and stopped staring at the bunny headphone girl's semi-revealing jiggling physics chest.
Once that was sorted he had to scientifically understand how she produced that mallet and its weakness.
Students with powers improved and developed through Academy City's principles of scientific discovery and improvements.
"Skill-Out? It won't work out for you delinquents, You'll never become special the way you are, so just give up." The girl with headphones swaying shook her head.
Tedashii froze up from her response. It was like he was stabbed in the heart.
Skill-Out "Armed Powerless Group" is an armed group of Level 0's in Academy City. While Tedashii wasn't part of a troublesome gang, he did however have a lot in common with such a group.
Tedashii Hamasaki was the idiot who couldn't bend a spoon telekinetically with his mind in class. He was in fact a "Level 0."
Being a student with super powers was his only chance at any sort of value or desire.
What point was there to invest in money and time inventing a tool to bend a spoon, when the other can telekinetically bend it in less than a minute.
What point was there athletically practicing gymnastics to a pro level when someone could supernaturally fly.
What point was there trying to appeal to look the most adorable and attractive child in the orphanage, when your competition could simply give you a black eye by using their psychic abilities to beat the broad daylights outta of you.
Is what Hamasaki Tedashii the delinquent thought. It was useless, it was meaningless to find talents in different fields.
The bunny headphones girl easily closed in between Tedashii's defenses, supernaturally hopping over the two security robots.
"You seemed very distracted, I was hoping you'll be the type that wouldn't surrender so easily." The bunny headphones girl notes toweling over Tedashii with a leg forward posing in a lean.
While her body attracted a lecherous desire from any boy, her face exposed just the type of character she was.
It was the malevolent face of wanting to find an excuse to use their powers and stay stained to sleep at night by owning their demons in the name of justice.
In contrast it wasn't an exclusive trait to have from the prestigious school girl with bunny headphones. For school city standards she was just an ordinary person it wasn't even worth mentioning her name.
This was what could be stated to be the visual perception of a level 0. To live in a world where you were automatically at the bottom of the food chain.
"What are you doing?! Just sitting there staring at that whore's deadbeat body." Kuroyoru Umidori springs in, attacking with the palm of her hand, unleashing a phenomenon herself.
Kuroyoru's attack missed, the bunny headphones girl escaped the register attack. Spacing and hopping away from the charging Kuroyoru and froze Tedashii. The interaction gave Tedashii enough time to process and lift himself from off his feet.
