Chapter 6: Love Punch!

"You jerks!" Luffy called back up.

Dadan then started to yell and chase Luffy.

"Should we go to sleep?" Ace asks Sabo.

"Yeah," Sabo agreed.

Since there was a hole in the middle of the room, Ace and I had to move our blanket closer to the wall where my things were. Chi was happy though. She was able to sleep on her cushion while still being close to me.

***The Next Morning***

I woke up hearing Dadan yelling outside. She was telling her bandit family how she couldn't handle the boys being there any longer, complaining that they would take over and her health was getting ruined.

I looked over at the boys who were still fast asleep. At some point the other two joined our side of the room and dogpiled each other.

A couple minutes later we learned that Luffy had guests. He ran out of the house running to a green haired lady called Makino. She and another man came to see Luffy. I guess they were from Windmill Village where he used to stay.

They caught up, and Makino brought Luffy some new clothes. She also gave some to Ace and Sabo. Sabo was thrilled, but Ace was kinda bashful. I smiled at the reactions, happy for them.

She looked at me. "Aww, I didn't know that there was a cute girl here too! I would have brought you something too!"

Ace and Sabo looked slightly sad hearing that, but I didn't know why.

"Thank you, but I'll be okay. My dresses still fit for now." I answered, hoping she wouldn't feel bad.

After she fixed the boy's new clothes to fit them, Makino cooked a large meal for the whole bandit family and us. It was super delicious, and we ate at a table for once. It was a nice change of pace.

Sabo started to complement the food. "This is so good. Food on the pirate ship should also be this good. I've got to find the best chef for my ship."

"I'm gonna become a pirate before you do so just forget it." Ace replied, looking at him. "I'll get the best chef first!"

"That's not fair! I'm gonna become a pirate first!" Luffy exclaimed.

They all sat across the table from me with their backs to the door, so they hadn't seen that Garp had walked in while Sabo started talking.

Garp's eyes were like a predator's in the night after locking on to some prey. After the bandits noticed, they all spit out their drinks in shock. I was glad I was sitting next to them instead of in front.

Garp then cleared his throat, and Ace and Luffy paled.

Garp smirked with an angry expression. "You're still saying crap like that? Can't you both understand that you must become Navy soldiers?!" He started to raise his fist before bashing both Ace and Luffy on the head.

They both fell to the ground with huge red bumps on their heads.

"Dadan!" Garp called.

She came in front of him and kneeled quickly. "Yes! Garp, Sir!" He hit in on top of the head too, making her fall next to the boys.

"Why did I get hit too?" She asks pained.

"You're not educating the brats well." Garp responded. "At least Amaya is still sensible not sprouting crap about wanting to be a pirate." He comments.

I kept quiet, taking a sip of my drink. He didn't need to know I had no intention of joining the marines. He'll be shocked later, but at least I can avoid being hit. He has haki, so the smoke smoke power wouldn't work.
