44 "I've missed this shithole."

Lilith's point of view
Weeks pass.
I talked with Tom once.

I wanted to talk to him so bad the whole time, but we need to finish the last few songs for the new album.

For focus, we all just stopped communication with the outside.

No one knows why we do that, but we've been doing it since our first album.

"I think we're ninety five percent done with the last song." Sam sighs.

"Good, because there's a race tonight and they need another racer." Logan starts.

"Only one?" I ask. "It's one versus one." Logan answers.

"Alright, let's leave." I smile and grab my keys.
Sam and Logan grabbing theirs.

I hope Tom will be there. I hate to admit it, but I've missed him.

We drove to the abandoned race tracks separately.

"I've missed this shithole." I smile when I got out of my Nissan skyline.
"Me too." Sam says when she got out of Logan's Mitsubishi eclipse.

"I didn't." Logan laughs.

"Koby!" Sam yells him over. "Thank goodness you guys are here! I'm guessing Lilith's racing?" Koby says with a shaking voice.

"Yes sir." I simply say and cross my arms in front of my chest.

"Lilith? Did you take your jacket with you?" Sam asks concerned.
I shake my head.

"It's 40 degrees!"

"Sam I'm fine."

I roll my eyes and look around a bit.

No white boy with braids spotted.

"Well, Lilith drive your car to the line please and then we'll start."

I sigh and get in my car.

When I started the engine, some people looked in my direction. I let the handbrake up and step on the gas.
Making the engine roar.

I release the handbrake and drive to the start line.

Tom's point of view
A deep purple Nissan skyline drives towards the start line.

If that's Lilith?

No.. There were three races and they didn't attend one.

A woman steps in front of the two cars and slowly rises a piece of fabric.

And the cars start driving.

The skyline being way up front.

This is the second time I'm here with my brother.

The first time I was here with him, I hated Lilith.

Now... I..

Well I love her now.

But I don't think she's here.

The other car drives over the finish line. The skyline not in sight.

Now we know it's not Lilith, she'd never loose.

"I think one of you should check on the hot chick in the skyline." The other driver yells as he got out of his car.

Hot chick in the skyline?

Then I saw Sam and Logan running down to the tracks.

Sam runs onto the tracks and Logan starts pushing the other racer.

"Bill I'll be right back."
