chapter 10- I said I'm sorry

[The next day]

Jade's pov♧

We were all at the mall shopping for our outfits to wear to the winter dance.

I was teasing Carmen the entire ride there,I put my hand on her thigh,she blushed. I lean in to kiss her pull away at the last second,she's flustered and frustrated.

When she asked for a kiss I denied and she pouted.

I like seeing her so flushed and it was really to see how far I could tease her.

I was going to repay her all the kisses I didn't give her later tonight but she looked fuming angry.

She started to ignore me when I asked her questions and Carmen being Carmen started speaking in Italian or Spanish when I tried to apologize.

So like any good girlfriend would I put my apology into goggle translate and attempted to communicate with her in another language.

she still didn't respond,so I was giving her space.

She went off with suki while I went off with Mai.

All I could think about was how to get her to talk to me again.

"Jade come on,you'll be fine just enjoy some distance from her and then when we get back to your place pull her aside and talk to her." Mai suggests and I sigh.

"I guess you're right,but I was a jerk to her kind of." I say mumbling the last bit and Mai shakes her head in disappointment at me.

"What did you do?" Mai questions me in a serious tone.

"I just teased her a bit,you  know the thigh touches and lean in and pull away." I explain and Mai slaps me in the back of the head.

"Jade please tell me you were not that stupid and messed with the girl's kisses." she gritted through her teeth and I rubbed the back of my head .

"I kinda did." I squeaked and Mai looked at me completely disappointed.

"I'm going to make it up to her later though." I say and Mai sighs deeply.

"What? I said I was sorry like twenty times already,I even said it in Spanish and Italian." I defend myself and Mai shrugs me off.

"I guess I'll just give her some space for now." I sigh and Mai nods.

Carmen's pov☆

Jade was being a total tease today,it was driving me crazy. I needed her so badly but I couldn't let her win,so I thought my best option was the silent treatment.

Suki and I were walking around the mall and I had found what I was going to wear ages ago,suki on the other hand was taking two years and a week to pick out a dress.

"What do you think about this one Carmen?" suki asks excitedly while she twirled around in a big poofy dress.

"I think the blue one from earlier was better,remember suki it's a dance not a ball."I remind her and she continues twirling around and smiling from ear to ear.

"I know but look at it it twirls!" she beams happily.

"Alright I'm bored I'll get the blue one,let's go I'm hungry." suki groans and I laugh at her sudden change of mood.

"You need to talk to Jade." suki says as we walk to the food court to meet up with the others.

"Hey suki bear what did you get?" Mai asks suki as she sits in her lap.

"A dress." suki says before taking one of Mai's fries.
