Kirby Run Part one and Two

Part One Chapter Six

"Wha- hey! Just because I'm young, doesn't mean I'm not a good healer!" Custard Cookie III said in his defense "Plus I'm a royal! And I'm gonna make a great and mighty king someday!"

"We do have other healers," Wizard Cookie spoke up "but they're out helping other towns and kingdoms in need."

Bandana Dee nodded. "Well as someone who works for a royal, I can confirm they're quite powerful."

Custard Cookie III smiled. "See? This guy gets it!"

"Can you help us with our friend though?" asked Adeleine.

Custard Cookie III walked up to Kirby and looked at Elfilin. "Hmm, I can try!"

He then held up his scepter, where he said the words "King's blessing!"

Elfilin closed his eyes as a bright light shined on him. Once it was gone, he opened them back up and wagged his tail a little.

"Hey I think that worked! I don't feel super weak now!"

He then sneezed suddenly. "Definitely still sick though."

"It's progress though!" Kirby said encouragingly, he then turned to Custard Cookie III and Herb Cookie "Thank you so much for helping!"

"You are quite welcome!" Custard Cookie III winked "All in the days work for a royal!"

Herb Cookie simply smiled and said "You're Welcome."

"Do you think you have enough energy to fly Elfilin?" Bandana Dee asked.

Wanting to see if he could, Elfilin leaped up. Only to fall back into Kirby's arms, who wrapped him back up in the blue bandana cloth.

"No," Elfilin shook his head "looks like I need to regain more energy."

Magolor held his hands together. "What about portals? You think you can make a portal home?"

Adeleine looked at him with a frustrated expression. "Magolor, if he doesn't have the energy to fly, what makes you think he can make a portal?"

Magolor sweated. "Touché."

"We need to find our friends first anyway!" Kirby reminded him "We can't go home without them."

"Hang on, back up a bit." Wizard Cookie requested "What was that about making portals?"

"Oh did I forget to mention that?" Kirby tilted his head "Silly me! Well you see, our friend Elfilin here usually has the power to create portals! That's how we got here in the first place, he accidentally opened up a vortex that took us here."

Wizard Cookie and the other Cookies beside him stared wide eyed at Elfilin.

"THIS LITTLE GUY CAN CREATE PORTALS?!"

When Kirby and Elfilin nodded everyone blinked.

"You know, I would have a hard time believing that," Wizard Cookie started saying "but considering the power Kirby displayed earlier, I actually don't find it too unbelievable."

"Still though! Your world must have some incredible magic if you're able to do that!" GingerBrave's eyes sparkled.

"Well, Elfilin's not actually from our world." Bandana Dee mentioned.

GingerBrave tilted his head.

"It's a long story." Kirby shrugged.

"Do you two have any special powers?" Strawberry Cookie asked Adeleine and Bandana Waddle Dee.

"Uhh, I'm really good with a spear?" Bandana Dee told her "That's about it though."

"Well not every living being contains magic." Wizard Cookie nodded "So don't feel too bad."
