The moment the press catches wind of Peter Parker comforting prodigy Liliana Osborn at her older brother's funeral, the media is a blur.
With Lily's new promotion to the head of Oscorp and Peter struggling to keep his job with the new allegations made against him, the two aren't expecting to find themselves confiding in each other for their few short moments of grief. It doesn't help with the constant sightings being photographed and shared for the entire world to see, questioning whether those fleeting hours of comfort are worth the hate thrown at both of them in the harsh dissonance of real life.
