Such a softy

It has been around 6 months since I've joined the Avengers and been living in the compound and we've all become pretty good friends except Bucky of course he doesn't seem to like me at all

"come with me squirt" Tony called out as he passed me, I put my book down and followed him  "What do you need Starky" I smirked, "follow me" he made his way to the elevator with me trailing behind him  "is the new floor finished yet?" I questioned he nodded with a smirk

For the past month, Tony has been building a new floor and won't let anyone in I tried getting a sneak peek but FRIDAY snitched, me and stark have been close and we've become friends, it started when I went snooping around to see what his new plans were and I saw he was stuck on a formula, me being who I am I looked and gave him the answer, then we kept talking and now we help each other build stuff, he made me a space in his lab, so I can help him, sometimes if he's on a mission he leaves blueprints on my desk so I can revise it, we are pretty good friends

"I have a surprise for you" he stated The elevator door opened at the new floor, and he walked into the hall and motioned around "I'm tired of you using my lab so I made you one, I also made you an office and well I already made you two rooms so mine as well, make you a whole floor, so I've heard you singing while working and I've also noticed You tend to doodle and well you take a book everywhere you go, so I talked to your moms and they told me a few things about you so" I looked at him shocked and smiled "I also made you an office cubical with all the others and you'll always have the space in my lab but I know you aren't big on socializing when your working so you have your own private space"  he saw I was about to talk but he shook his head

"Here you have a dance studio since your mom told me you like to dance your feelings out so here you can do it alone, here is an art room filled with markers, paper, colored and regular pencils, paint everything you'll need, and a music room over here your moms told me you play instruments so I filled it with every instrument you play and over here is a library I heard you had a bookshelf in your room so I looked at it and saw the author that you like, and I filled the library with books I think you'll like" he rambled, I smiled looking at him  "thank you"  he smiled and patted my head

"You're a good kid, my dad never gave me a lot of support so I'm trying to break the cycle so here it is, if you want any more books or art supplies or anything just let me know" I hugged him, and it took him a second but he hugged me back "I love it thank you"  I then pulled away after a few seconds, I know he I isn't the type to be mushy and sweet so I do what I do best, tease "your such a softy" I playfully nudged him and he playfully rolled his eyes in return "come I'm working on a new blueprint" he started to walk back to the elevator "wait can I look around?" he nodded and left

This place is beautiful, I looked around at every room and they were beautiful the art room had the best art supplies and the music room had the most beautiful, guitars, the dance room had so many pointe shoes and the library oh the library had every book I had on my list and it had a  floor-to-ceiling window and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, and it was 2 stories it had stairs that led up to another floor filled with more books, I love it,  and I-

Friday: Mr. Stark is waiting for you in the lab

Right, I went to the lab and saw him sitting at his desk and looking at a paper, I looked over his shoulder to get a better look at what he was looking at and saw it was a blueprint he was working on "That's wrong" I pointed at a specific spot "It's architecture It can't be wrong" he rolled his eyes "yes it can and you're doing it"  I told him what to correct then went to leave "Morgans coming tomorrow but I have a mission can you watch her?" he asked "yea sure" he nodded and then went back to working and I went looking for my friends to tell them, until I took a minute to think, what if I don't tell them, what if I keep that place to myself to get away, maybe I'll tell them later

"Hey little red" Sam greeted walking into the elevator "Sammy what's up"

"Most of the group is on a mission so Kate,yelena Bucky and I are going to watch a movie, you wanna join?" Sam suggested "yea I was actually on my way to find yelena" he nodded and we went to the movie room, when we enter the room Bucky audible sighed and rolled his eyes at me, I'm trying to be the bigger person so I ignored him and sat next to yelena "Lena you will never guess what happened" we started talking when the movie began "wait so okay start from the beginning" she whisper shouted "John texted me"  the name of a guy seemed to get Kate's attention "who's John" Kate asked in a hushed tone

"He's my ex, like I was saying he texted me last week I was going to tell you sooner but you were on your mission, so he texted me and he has been texting me ever since" I explained "Can you shut up" Bucky growled, "can you mind your business" I answered staring him down, he just shook his head and went back to watching the movie, everyone was used to me and him fighting so they just shook if off, Yelenas scrunched her eyebrows "Did you answer?" she questioned getting back on topic, I looked around to see if someone was listing and saw Sam trying to eavesdrop which is not surprising "Why don't we go talk about this in my room, Sam you can come" he nodded and we all made our way to my bedroom

Yelena, Kate, Pietro, Peter Sam, and I always gossip about everything, Sam and I usually have too most to talk about so we sometimes have slumber parties on the roof and we gossip about everything their super fun, Sam already knows about John I told him at our last slumber party, everyone was asleep beside me and him so we continued to gossip

"So he texted you what did he say," Kate asked, taking a seat on the edge of my bed "The usual that he missed me and that he was sorry you know all that" I recalled "Okay so you broke it off with him and he wants you back" Yelena repeated to make sure she was understanding, she was laying on her stomach using her elbows for support so she is able to look at me "yes pretty much" I cocked an eyebrow, sitting on the rug that was on the floor, leaning back against my bookshelf "did you answer him?" Sam questioned intrigued, he was also on the floor but he was laying on his back tossing a ball into the air and catching it "No I didn't"

we talked for about an hour and came to a conclusion, which is sam is great a 'girl talk' and that I should just block him
