As the days passed, Khwaahish and Armaan's friendship seemed to have hit an unexpected bump. The pain of unspoken feelings lingered between them, causing a distance that they both struggled to bridge. Every time they crossed paths on campus, they couldn't help but steal glances at each other, feeling the weight of unaddressed emotions.

One day, during a college football match, Khwaahish found herself standing in the crowd, cheering for Armaan's team. She had a secret hope in her heart that they would win, not just for the victory itself, but because she knew it would bring happiness to Armaan.

As the match reached its climax, and Armaan's team secured the win, he searched the crowd with an anxious excitement. His eyes met Khwaahish's, who was ecstatic for his success. Yet, they both held back from reaching out to each other, as the unspoken pain and tension still loomed between them.

After the match, Khwaahish couldn't help but notice Armaan celebrating with some of his batchmates who were girls. A tinge of jealousy pricked her heart, but she quickly reminded herself that she had no right to feel that way. They were not in a romantic relationship, and Armaan was free to be friends with whoever he wanted.

As the days turned into weeks, the tension continued to weigh on both Khwaahish and Armaan. They longed to return to the easy camaraderie they once shared, but pride and fear held them back. They were two hearts yearning for each other but unable to find the right words to heal the wounds and rekindle their friendship.

next day:-

As Ridaanshi sat with Adwait, her heart was in turmoil. She had always admired Adwait and had developed a crush on him over time. But now, her mind was preoccupied with the situation between Armaan and Khwaahish.

She took a deep breath, trying to gather her thoughts, and finally mustered the courage to speak, "Adwait sir , can I talk to you about something? It's about bhai and Khwaahish."

Adwait looked at her with a kind smile, "Of course, Ridaanshi. You can always talk to me about anything. What's going on with them?"

Ridaanshi hesitated for a moment, trying to find the right words to express her feelings without betraying her friend's trust. "Well, it's just that... I've noticed some tension between them lately. They used to be so close, but now they seem distant, and it's really bothering me."

Adwait nodded thoughtfully, "I've noticed it too. I think there's something going on between them, but they're not saying anything. Maybe they had a disagreement or something."

"Yeah, that's what I thought too," Ridaanshi replied, relieved that Adwait understood. "But I can't help feeling a bit sad about it. They were such a great pair, and it hurts to see them like this."

Adwait placed a reassuring hand on Ridaanshi's shoulder, "I understand how you feel, Ridaanshi. It's tough when you care about your friends, and you can't do anything to fix their problems. Sometimes, all we can do is be there for them and offer our support."

Ridaanshi nodded, appreciating Adwait's comforting words. "You're right. I just wish there was something I could do to help them."

"sir , guess what? Khwaahish's birthday is just around the corner, and I really want to make it special for her. I thought of planning a little celebration for her, but I don't want it to be awkward considering what's been going on between Khwaahish and Armaan," Ridaanshi said with a hint of concern.
