(If only this world had any Copy Essence Deluxe.) Kirby thought to himself (Then it would be just like when I gathered the stars to summon Nova! It feels like that happened so long ago... my journey across the Milky Way...)
"We should focus on finding our friends first though." Adeleine suggested, Kirby and Bandana agreeing "Maybe during our search we might be able to find essences or something similar for you Kirby".
Adeleine took a look around the forest passageway the three of them were in. "In the meantime, I guess we should find a way out of this here."
Bandana Dee looked around too. "What even is this place?"
"I don't know," Kirby responded "we were being chased by that delicious looking monster, we stopped by some shrubbery, I heard a voice, a passageway opened up-"
"Wait, you heard a voice?" Adeleine interrupted him "Kirby, when did you hear a voice?"
"I think I did..." Kirby started thinking "I felt the presence of something, but I can't tell if it was me hearing a voice or not. All I know is that once I felt that presence, this passageway showed up."
Adeleine looked at Kirby with a ponderous face. "Interesting..." She then looked down at the ground, seeing that it eventually led to a path that would take them further down the passageway.
"Maybe something down here responded to you?" she suggested. "Something that could help us?"
Kirby's eyes lit up. "Ooh! Maybe!" He then started walking down the path. "Only one way to find out."
Adeleine looked down at Bandana Dee, smiled, and started following Kirby. Though Bandana Dee couldn't smile back, he closed his eyes in a way that would emphasize that he was smiling. Then proceeded to follow Kirby as well.
While walking, Adeleine looked down at Bandana Dee. "You don't think Kirby felt the presence of a ghost do you?"
Bandana Dee's eyes grew wide. "Oh don't even suggest that!" he begged "We already have a lot to deal with, the last thing I wanna see right now is ghosts!"
"Yeah I get that." Adeleine agreed "Don't worry, there's a high chance it wasn't a ghost. (Still is odd though...)
The trio walked for what seemed like five minutes, yet they weren't sure what the exact estimate was. Eventually- after taking in the scenery and environment around the three of them- Adeleine spoke up. "You know, despite being hidden away, this place is actually quite nice."
"Yeah!" Kirby nodded, looking up "The trees that surround here keep it hidden, but there's enough light shining through them to keep the plants alive. It's like a hidden grove, or whatever those are called."
Bandana took a few glances around, nodding as well. "It is nice, yet at the same time it's kinda gloomy." he commented "Being all hidden away with only a few things to see."
"Well that just helps the stuff that you can see stand out more!" said Kirby, trying to keep the conversation optimistic. "Look at all the greenery here! Lots of trees, nice grass, I think there's some moss, and- OOH!!!"
Kirby ran ahead to get closer to what he saw, resulting in Adeleine and Bandana Dee running after him to see what it was. When they caught up with him, he was sitting in front of something, but turned to look at his friends.
"See? This place even has pretty flowers!" Kirby gleefully pointed at what he found. A white flower with red anthers.
Bandana Dee looked at the flower with wonder and curiosity "Ooh, you're right. It is pretty. What kind of flower do you think this is?"
