'everything's under control right?',
I asked April after an absolutely frantic few hours in the Pit due to a large trauma, she looked around and nodded her head at me,
'yeah it looks like it',
April said, I nodded my head at her before looking around the pit and seeing Jackson before looking back at April,
'good because I need a minute',
I said putting the tablet down and walking outside. I let out a shaky breath as I felt the fresh air in my lungs, I looked up slowly beginning to walk out into the rain, after a few moments I heard someone approach behind me,
'are you okay y/n?',
I heard someone ask me, I quickly realised that it was the one person I did not wish to talk to and was trying to avoid,
'leave me alone avery',
I said bluntly to him as I felt the rain fall down my face. I heard him move closer to me,
'that doesn't answer my question y/n',
Jackson said to me once again this time walking into the rain to join me. I let out a deep and shook my head at him,
'jackson leave me alone; you made it clear that we are simply only colleagues; not even friends so you don't get to ask me that and you must definitely don't get to know the answer'.
