'y/n you're being paged to an incoming trauma, I can finish this up for you',
Jo said to me, I put my surgical tools down and nodded my head,
'Thanks Jo, just page me if you need anything okay?',
I said to her, she nodded her head at me before I walked out of the operating room. I took my mask off and went to head to the pit for an incoming trauma but stopped as I began to feel light headed. I let out quite a large breath before slowly walking through the halls, my eyes were focused on the ground looking at my feet making sure they were still moving,
'y/n you coming?',
Someone asked me, I slowly looked up and realised it was my boyfriend, Jackson. He had a smile on his face, once we made eye contact it slowly disappeared,
'uh y/n baby, are you okay? what's going on?',
Jackson asked me, it took me a moment to process what he was asking me before I slowly began to nod my head at him,
'yeah I'm uh fine I'm just going to wait here u-until someone actually needs me in there; I-I don't want to over crowd',
